Eco-friendly new house located on an organic farm in the future ,central between Gaspé and Percé. The house is a bi-generational. My wife and I live in the adjacent dwelling. Loft style with open kitchen and living room. Air exchanger in each chamber with HEPA filter. overlooks 132 with large parking.Beautiful view in a wild and very quiet corner.
