The Gîte de Malivert is located in the village of Paunat, at the confluence of the Dordogne and Vézère rivers The 147 m2 cottage is a newly renovated farmhouse with simplicity it consists of a large 57 m2 living room, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (towels and bed linen provided) In the garden, you can enjoy the private pool on one side and a dining area with barbecue on the other The Malivert cottage is ideally located between Périgueux, Bergerac and Sarlat

Located in the ideal triangle of Sarlat/Périgueux/Bergerac, this cottage will bring you the rest and serenity of a stay away from time and noise while enjoying the rich tourist activities of the region. Cozy and completely new, it is located in a privileged place, you will be alone facing the meadow from where you will have a magical view of the sunsets and the passage of animals (deer, roe deer, etc.). At the time of booking, an additional €5 is requested per animal/day.
