A corridor leads to 3 bedrooms, a shower room and toilet. In front of the cottage, a courtyard serving as a passage, overlooking a garden equipped with games for children (swings and slide) and a lean-to. Cottage isolated from any other dwelling, close to woods and meadows. Quiet environment.

All bedrooms have en suite facilities, and there are two spacious living rooms and well equipped kitchen.

Rare and atypical, this house is my treasure! ⚠️2 adorable cats are to be fed during your stay. Very grateful to the hosts, they sometimes bring back "gifts" (birds, voles) that are not always appreciated by humans!!! Please remember to bring your sheets, duvet cover and pillowcases.

You are in the front row to observe the wildlife: deer, deer, hares ... 6 x 12 swimming pool shared with a second cottage on the estate. Many amenities and activities possible: badminton court, petanque court, fishing, swing, sandbox, animal care, vegetable garden... At the end of August: the deer slab under your window! In winter: search for truffles with our dog.

On the forest side and in the heart of a set of two traditional Périgord houses, the calm is total and the place lends itself to positive introspection, alone or as a couple. Just one essential in winter: throw a few logs in the stove, and turn on the fan in summer if you like it. 2 bedrooms are available in the accommodation.
