You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

We will be delighted to host you in this air-conditioned apartment with a private terrace of 40m2 located on the ground floor of a house (on two levels) completely renovated in 2022 located in the heart of Les Abatilles. The apartment is conveniently located between Pereire beach (800m walk and 5 min by bike), Mauresque Park (1km) and Arcachon city center (1.5km). The bakery is at the foot of the house and the Abatilles grocery store within 100m.
