In the heart of Le Perche, Isabelle and Guy-Régis welcome you to the central part of a family home, for your moments of relaxation and rest. Within a large and quiet wooded park, they offer you a large living room on the ground floor, an equipped kitchen open to the dining room, all served by a large corridor. The floor consists of a bedroom with a 160 bed and another with 2 80 beds that can be joined, a bathroom and separate toilet. Garage possible for bicycles, motorcycles.

Charlotte's house for 6 people

Charlotte's house is a cottage that was completely refurbished at the end of 2019 respecting the percheron building with noble materials such as wood, stone, antique tiles and lime coatings. Located in one of the most beautiful villages in Parc Régional du Perche, it is the perfect place for a country stay less than 2 hours from Paris. The cottage is fully equipped with new products (appliances , bedding, SAUNA , wood stove) and has an enclosed garden.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!
