It was a wonderful stay.. The place was clean and properly described. The host was easy to approach and always available. Below the building were so many playing areas for kids. It is near the riverside.. Kids friendly area.. Nearby is a shopping center.. old town was also nearby..

This place was perfect for our family's vacation in the country. The house was super clean and fully equipped with e v e r y t h i n g! The pull, the jacuzzi, the yard and everything else was great. It is highly recommend! It's a little silent village about 25 minutes drive from Bratislava, with a little supermarket, some small pubs and pizza place in walking distance. You do have to have a vehicle though.. Thanks Ivana, we'll come again!

Great stay and beautiful cabin. The owners are responsive and helpful. They responded to every question right away. The cottage is hidden in the middle of the forest in solitude, which is absolutely great. There is also a projector, which was a nice surprise for us. One day it rained at a time, but despite it, there were hundreds of books and perhaps dozens of board games. This is the place we would like to come back to every year.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful blue house that looks like it came straight out of a Moomin story. The home is spacious, full of charm, and has been carefully restored with great respect for the local character and history. We stayed there with four children under the age of 4, and not once did anyone get bored. There’s a lovely garden, a barbecue area, and plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. The host was incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to assist. The surrounding area is absolutely stunning — you can buy fresh eggs from one neighbor and delicious apple juice from another. Just two minutes away is a cozy winery with excellent food and unbelievably affordable local wine. It’s a perfect base for exploring both Austria and the Czech Republic, with plenty of attractions nearby. We highly, highly recommend this place!

Our stay was better than expected. The accommodation has everything you need - we were even welcomed with a sweet Easter greeting. Armin was always very quick to answer questions. Our dog loved the large garden (everything was super fenced and absolutely escape-proof for our Golden Retriever). When you sit in the garden at this cabin, you will see deer and hares hopping by. The tranquility and nature that Marchegg has to offer is beautiful. So if you are looking for a few decelerating days, you are well served here. But there are also many great excursion destinations, which can be reached in a short time from here. We definitely plan to come back. Everything worked great, thanks also to Armin for the great hospitality :)

I can’t recommend this place enough! First, a big thank you to Alexandra for her kindness and quick communication - she generously accommodated my early arrival in Bratislava with an early check-in. Her instructions were clear and super helpful throughout. The apartment itself is perfect, exactly as shown in the photos. The view from the window is absolutely stunning - honestly even more breathtaking in person. You’ll never get tired of it. The location is unbeatable - truly the best spot in Bratislava. If I ever return to the city, I already know where I’ll be staying!

Great place and great location

Filip is very easygoing and thoughtful with clear instructions on how to use the sauna, hot tub, fire place and everything. It's a beautiful little house with an amazing view on the lake and everything you need to spend some quiet days. The only negative thing for us was the small ant-problem in the kitchen and on the bedroom floor, which I think he's trying to take care of already. Nevertheless, we definitely recommend the stay!

Zhanna's place is modern and clean like the pictures. She was also very friendly and helped me to navigate without a car. I recommend her apartment!
