La cabaña se encuentra dentro de un condominio cerrado (a 10 minutos de la Barra de Manolo) que ofrece seguridad y mucho espacio para caminar. La propiedad cuenta con Wifi, agua caliente, comedor, cama doble, sofa cama, asador, baño, ducha con vista al bosque y cocina equipada con nevera, hornito, cafetera, licuadora, ollas y vajilla.
