Impeccable accommodation. However, for winter, as today in January, central heating (in the living room) is available and works to heat, but the bathroom and bedroom heating does not work (to be repaired and checked for the next vacationers). Otherwise, overall the location and the apartment are peaceful, and we are satisfied for a short stay. Thank you ☺️

Very nice spacious apartment. Our host Mohamed was very helpful and friendly. Check-in and check-out were also easily possible outside the specified time window (as no other guests). We almost always had the communal pool to ourselves. The security also always helped us and was very nice. We highly recommend staying as a group.

Beautiful clean and well located apartment in the city center with rental station and store nearby. Very good interaction with Hajer and concerned for the well-being of his guests, thank you for that. The only small downside was the noise of the roosters at the bottom of the building, it resonates enormously and little disturbed your sleep. The daddy as well as the son are two adorable people, always ready to do you a favor. Our stay at Mehdia's villa was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were dazzled by the exceptional proximity to the beach - just 100 meters walk away, it was like having our own corner of paradise at your fingertips. The villa itself is spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated, offering magnificent ocean views from several of its rooms. The attention to cleanliness was remarkable, and modern amenities made our stay so much easier. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare our meals while admiring the breathtaking view of the waves. The rooms were welcoming, with cozy beds that offered us nights of restful sleep. However, what really made the difference for us is the warm hospitality of the hosts. Always available and willing to share their local knowledge, they helped make our stay even more memorable.

Youssef's place is a nice place for a family holiday nearby the beach. it's a calm area with some restaurants and shops nearby but for Mahdia city you'll need a car (or taxi). The place was very clean, ameneties were available, airconditioning, wifi, warm water, everything to have a good time. Would definitely recommend!

I was impressed by the safety of the property as I had broken the glass in my car at last night. Here there is an underground parking lot controlled by guards 24h//24h, a quiet and convenient place. Nice to have a good time on a family vacation
