The house is detached, quiet, a bit high up on the hillside in an authentic and preserved environment. You will be dazzled by the extraordinary view of the sea. This is an elegant, brand new open plan studio of 32 m² (STUDIO 1) located just in front of the beach at the small picturesque Greek village Vivari! The village is just 12km from Nafplio, close to the most wonderful sites of Argolida and Peloponnese! The functional and well detailed design of the studio combined with the astonishing view from its private balcony to Vivari gulf will give you the best holiday experience!

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
