The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. This is the perfect getaway for complete privacy whilst being a few minutes away from the beautiful South Hams beaches, and lovely waterside towns of Kingsbridge and Salcombe.

The apartment is at the beginning of Devon Road, near North Sands beach, within walking distance of the centre of Salcombe. The property is well furnished in a modern beach style (think driftwood, white), with all the amenities. There is a private garden and patio area as well as a large South facing balcony, which is a real sun trap, with views across the estuary and to the sea. Previous guests have always enjoyed the property!
