We had a wonderful stay with Liz! She was incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and her friendly nature really made us feel at home. The place itself was peaceful and quiet — perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Throughout our stay, Liz was always available and happy to help with anything we needed, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The Annexe had everything we needed and has a wonderful homely feel to it throughout.

We had the most wonderful stay! Justyne was so welcoming and met us with the keys and showed us around. There was space for us to park and her instructions meant that we found it easily. The property is so beautifully finished inside and was extremely clean. The property was just perfect for what we needed. It was great for a few nights and despite not having a kitchen, we managed just fine with all the amenities! The fridge was kindly stocked with some goodies for our use and we were able to bring some bits for breakfast etc… There is a local pub just a 2 mins drive or 15 mins walk where we had some food so didn’t need to worry about cooking! We went for a beautiful walk and the surrounding area is lovely and peaceful. It was a great little stop over for us and we would certainly come back if we are in the area. What a little gem! Perfect for a stay near Stratford upon Avon. The barn is so beautiful inside and had two lovely bedrooms, the perfect living space and outside area. The little touches, like toiletries in the shower and biscuits/note on arrival didn’t go unmissed. The kitchen is great for cooking in and the list of local recommendations was perfect. Kate was really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend
