My apartment is on the best beaches in Ecuador Salinas, it provides a cozy and safe space ideal for a nice vacation with family and friends. We are a block and a half from Paseo Shopping La Peninsula and 2 minutes by car from Puerto Lucia beach. The beach of Malecón de Salinas is 9 minutes away by car. In the place there are 2 perritas, 1 German shepherd (female) and 1 pequines (female) are very friendly. There are more accommodations in the place, and my family and I also live there

The house is centrally located where you can enjoy easy access to everything, very close to the sea, Malecón de Salinas, restaurants, shopping centers, Supermercado. At home you can enjoy large outdoor space, BBQ area, free space for sunbathing. We are new to Airbnb and want to grow together with you. Comfortable space to store everything you carry. Comfortable accommodation, with 24/7 security. Very comfortable and fresh apartment, with everything you need to spend a very quiet stay and enjoy an asado. Close to several beaches such as: Punta Blanca, Ballenita, San Pablo, y ruta del Spondylus If they want to stay for a day rest, they can enjoy the social area that has: 2 Pools very wide 1 for adults and 1 for Kids, 2 Jacuzzis, Paddle court, Indor court.

It is located two blocks from the beach and has a free garage with space for 4 to 5 vehicles. It has internet, TV, a fully furnished kitchen, and you can enjoy your own pool. It has security cameras and can accommodate 27 people because I have 2 additional independent suites.

The room is furnished with a bunk bed featuring a double mattress below and a single mattress above. A vibrant patterned bedspread covers the bottom bed. Shelves display neatly stacked towels, and warm orange curtains frame the window, allowing natural light into the rustic bamboo space.
