Monthly Rentals in Salinas

James is a great host..The living space was very comfortable and the building is well managed and maintained. The private outdoor veranda with a table and chairs provides a view of the malecon, the beach and the sea is really nice as well. He also put together a really good and very detailed "welcome folder" full of great suggestions, where to go and what to look out for.... very helpful. The custodian of the building Pedro was usually at the door entrance is a very nice man . I recommend and look forward to the next visit to Salinas and hope the apartment will be available again!

I'm from Florida in the USA and this place was perfect for me and my pup. It was close enough to everything. Perfect and safe location. You're right off the main road, so you will hear traffic, but it didn't bother me. Close to all kinds of restaurants and the beach is on the other side of your place. Highly recommened and would come back.

Very nice apartment, impeccable , elegant and comfortable. The view and location are great, exceeded my expectations, really worth what you pay for the accommodation.
