Also, there is no central A/C—however, 3 portable A/C units are provided to help cool the space, but it can get warm during heatwaves. Most guests are fine with it!

We are just 25 min. to PDX Airport and downtown Portland, 5 min. to many restaurants, breweries, grocery, and shops. Also, we are just one block away from the entrance to Salmon Creek Trail; a popular 7-mile round-trip paved pathway. Our studio apartment is located above a detached garage with a separate entrance. and is in a small neighborhood on a dead-end street - very private and quiet!

Park on the driveway (fits 2, but can fit one more inside the garage and leave the other half for storage only). PETS: $40 one-time cleaning fee plus add as “extra guest”

This is a private 1 bedroom basement suite at the Carter Park Home. It comes with a private entrance, living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette with full fridge/freeze (Newly added amenity 8/1/2022), microwave, stovetop w/ five burners, toaster oven, and beverage refrigerator. It also includes a washer & dryer. Enjoy TV with premium cable channels and free WIFI. There is a shared outdoor BBQ area and we are pet friendly. Pets must be disclosed in booking ($150 fee).
