Barbara's place was a comfy, cozy spot. Very quiet and peaceful and the view was gorgeous. We really felt at home. Barbara was available if we needed anything. Nice little touches with extra water, popcorn and even a special delivery of some cookies!!! So delicious! We would stay here again!

Beautiful area, clean apartment, easy access, lots of closet space, nice bathroom and view from small deck. Loved the fact that we didn’t need to bring our own bed linens, towels or beach chairs! A minor critique is the bed could have been a bit bigger ( didn’t feel like a queen?) and a bit more comfortable. overall, a great place to stay and we recommend it! A great value! If we had to find fault, the bed could have been a bit bigger ( didn’t feel like a queen) and a bit more comfortable.

We had a lovely time! The place was very clean, modern, and comfortable. It was easy to get to areas from Eastham to Provincetown. Can’t wait to stay again!

We are so thankful to Tara and loved our long weekend getaway at her place in Eastham. We had initially booked an air BnB we had stayed at previously - which needed to be canceled the day of our arrival due to building issues that needed to be fixed. I found Tara’s listing in our hurried search to find an alternative place to stay - only hours before we were due to check in. From the first message confirming we could arrive later than the stated check-in window (which was agreed to), to every detail, our weekend was saved. The location is incredible and the cottage was a delight. Great views of the pond, close to the rail trail (for walking and biking) and only a couple minutes away from the Cape Cod National Seashore Salt Pond Visitor Center (which has a great museum and stunning walking trails). We highly recommend The Breeze / especially for couples looking to get away.
