Charming cabin on the water in Saltsjöbaden

Charming cabin that fits up to six people. Please be advised that it is a rather small cabin and not a house, so if you are six adults and not used to Scandinavian cabins it may feel a bit tight. Toilet in the cabin and access to a shower/sauna in an adjacent building and a gazebo in the garden. The cabin was entirely redecorated and a new kitchen installed in September 2019. Most furniture is from 2016. Possible to get to it by public transportation, but even better if you have access to a car.

By car, it’s a 15-minute ride to the heart of Stockholm. Don’t miss the city commuter boats at Nacka Strand, 5 km away. You’ll find a local bakery and food store within a 2 km walk and Nyckelviken nature reserve just 1 km away.

The cottage is located in the Stockholm archipelago, on the island of Älgö with a fantastic view over the water. Sunsets, private jetty and a wood-burning sauna. Veranda and patio. The bedroom has a queen size bed. WiFi and TV. The perfect place for two to enjoy fresh air, peace and quiet, sound from water and beautiful Stockholm archipelago. Newly renovated, fully equipped, detached guest house in quiet residential area, with good parking possibilities. Good transport with 10 minutes walk to the metro.
