It has 4 spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room space with the integrated kitchen. Being located on the fifth floor (watch out, it has no elevator) allows you to enjoy a view of the entire Arousa estuary, being able to distinguish with a simple view of O Grove, Arousa Island and Ons Islands. It has a grocery store in the same building, very comfortable!

La decoración interior es muy sencilla pero funcional y acogedora. En el exterior de la vivienda hay un jardín con hierba natural con piscina climatizada de 10 metros de largo.
