Unser Apartmenthaus wurde im April 2021 fertiggestellt und wir freuen uns schon sehr, Sie bei uns zu begrüßen. Wir haben das Nebengebäude der Pension Ballwein saniert und die früheren Gästezimmer zu 4 hochwertigen Apartments umgebaut. Alle Apartments befinden sich in der ersten Etage und verfügen jeweils über einen Balkon. Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN & einen Parkplatz pro Apartment. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus. Mit dem Bus 21 können Sie direkt in die Altstadt Salzburgs fahren.

Laberer vacation home

The house consists of 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds and 2 single beds. You will love my place because it is in the middle of the ski resort, because of the kitchen, high ceilings, coziness, the view. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), large groups and furry friends (pets). (!!! no summer card possible at this house!!!) In the house there is only a public W-Lan, but that is also limited use! For each pet €15,- / night have to be paid!

Die Gegend bietet unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten, Fahradtouren, Seen und Museumsbesuche. Die persönliche Betreuung unserer Gäste ist uns sehr wichtig. A place to relax with creek noise and bird chirping. The car can be parked right next to our garage and a separate entrance leads to the cozy living area with exposed roof chair. In the room there is a TV corner with pull-out sofa bed, a dining area for 4 people and a fully equipped foosball table. Floor-to-ceiling balcony doors bring plenty of light to the spaces, and a picturesque sundowner balcony right on the Radaubach.

Modern and functional. The apartment is located in an annex behind the house. The garden is for guests only. If necessary, barbecuing is possible there and meals can be consumed on the terrace. Bus stations to the neighboring towns are 200 m away. The apartment is the starting point for mountain bike and bike tours in all directions.

This special home has its own style. 1. Train station is 4 minutes and Mirabellgarten 9 minutes walking from the place! 2. Next to our accommodation (2 minutes walk) is the Bahnhof-Contipark-Tiefgarage (Rainerstraße driveway 30, 5020 Salzburg) is €16/24 hours . Nearby are numerous shops, restaurants and shopping center pebbles !
