Cozy apartment on the Mondsee. Distance to the bathing area for optimal relaxation about 5 minutes by foot. (approx. 250 m) The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a balcony. It has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a kitchen-living room and 1 bathroom. Since we are currently renovating (remodeling), the balcony and outdoor area are not yet finished, the balcony can still be used. Barbecues and chairs in the garden are freely usable Large parking is free and right in front of the property.

Ideal starting point for hiking, walking, biking, golfing... All Salzkammergut lakes and mountains can be reached in a few minutes.

Apartment 2 by Pension Ballwein

Unser Apartmenthaus wurde im April 2021 fertiggestellt und wir freuen uns schon sehr, Sie bei uns zu begrüßen. Wir haben das Nebengebäude der Pension Ballwein saniert und die früheren Gästezimmer zu 4 hochwertigen Apartments umgebaut. Alle Apartments befinden sich in der ersten Etage und verfügen jeweils über einen Balkon. Wir bieten kostenloses WLAN & einen Parkplatz pro Apartment. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vorm Haus. Mit dem Bus 21 können Sie direkt in die Altstadt Salzburgs fahren.

Pötti Studios. Studio in Ruhelage

Unterkunft in absoluter Ruhelage in mitten einer schönen Landschaft mit eigenem Eingang. Es handelt sich um einen umgebauten Stadel in einem Bauernhof, welcher hauptsächlich für musikalische Zwecke genutzt wird. Neben einem großen Studio befinden sich hier 2 Gästezimmer, Bad, WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche/Aufenthaltsraum (Backrohr, Kochplatten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine,, usw...). Auf Anfrage können weitere Gäste im großen Studio oder im Tiny House einquartiert werden.

Sonnberg Apartment

The Sonnberg apartment offers a cozy vacation atmosphere at over 1100 meters above sea level. The underfloor heating, as well as the predominantly wooden furnishings, ensure a special feel-good factor. Whether in summer the evening ends with a glass of wine in front of the hut or in winter with a crackling wood-burning stove fire, in any case the accommodation invites you to relax. It offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and occasionally down to the clouds.

Zell am Moos with its Irrsee invites you to slow down. There is no mass tourism here yet, no motorboats on the lake. Whether by bike or on foot, a few meters from the 64 sqm apartment, you will find yourself in the middle of nature. In the village, there are inns, swimming areas with parking, a supermarket, a bakery with a café, a butcher, a newsstand, and a bank (with ATM). New is the foot/bike path into the village, which allows you to leave the car behind.

Neben unserer Unterkunft (2 Minuten zu Fuß) ist die Bahnhof-Contipark-Tiefgarage ( Einfahrt Rainerstraße 30, 5020 Salzburg) 16€/24 Stunden . In der Umgebung sind zahlreiche Geschäfte, Restaurants und Shopping Center Kiesel !

This serviced apartment is located next to Hotel Das Au-Gut south of Salzburg. It is located on the ground floor and consists of a bedroom and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen as well as an anteroom and bathroom. You can book a buffet breakfast for 20.00 euros per person on site and have breakfast at the hotel. Animals are not allowed.
