Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Salzburg

Perfect place to stay in for a Kitzbühel ski trip! We loved the chalet, hot tub, sauna, and proximity to the slopes (7 min drive). 10/10 recommend. Thank you for the wonderful stay Magdalena! 😊

This accommodation has exceeded our expectations more than. Everything was super clean, stylish, furnished with attention to detail with high-quality wooden furniture and a very special feel-good factor. The rooms are flooded with light and spacious, so you feel welcome from the first moment. The kitchen is perfectly equipped – there was really nothing missing, ideal also for longer stays or if you like to cook yourself. Thomas and Birgit were exceptionally friendly and helpful, responsive at all times and with great tips about the area. The location is top, very central, and the view is just beautiful. There are really no wishes left unfulfilled here – we felt completely comfortable and would come back any time. A clear recommendation!

Very nice place to stay with a fantastic pool and sauna next to it. Beautiful garden. In the basement still table tennis and much more to linger the bad weather. Jacuzzi is in the garden and we did not use it as the garden was shared with the landlords and we lacked privacy. The amenities in the house are not the newest, but everything is there, clean and in good condition. We will be happy to come back.

We had a fantastic stay at this modern chalet! The space was beautifully designed, clean, and well-maintained. The appliances were top-notch, making everything from cooking to relaxing super convenient. It’s the perfect spot for a family getaway or a trip with friends, offering both comfort and style. Bernhard was a very good and friendly host. The self-check-in worked smoothly. Bernhard was absolutely reliable for questions. The apartment exceeded our expectations, especially considering the size and is a great starting point for excursions towards Salzburg and the surrounding area. For visitors with smaller children, it is worth noting that the sleeping area is designed as a gallery. This can be seen from the photos, but we were kind of surprised - but definitely positive in our case. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked for our needs, we were also very pleased about the Nespresso coffee machine and corresponding capsules (guest gift). The accommodation was a good base for our wonderful holiday.

It’s a great place to stay. We enjoyed the view, the silence and the atmosphere. The jacuzzi is a plus!

The accommodation is beautifully located and a good starting point for hikes. However, the access to the place is right behind a toll booth, so you have to pay to get to the accommodation. The house is in very good condition, is large and spacious. Unfortunately, there was a lack of some basic amenities such as toilet paper, dish soap, and garbage bags. Bedding and towels can be rented for a fee of €14 per set, no initial supply included in the price.

Great villa, everything is brand new. The kitchen has every appliance you could think of. Very clean villa with a central location, comfortable beds, 6 separate bedrooms, fits 12-14 people comfortably. 5 mins drive to kitzbühel and ski lifts.

Absolutely beautiful location- amazing patio to sit and watch the sailboats! Very clean and modern space, plenty of staples in the kitchen- spices, utensils, etc.

Beautiful place with beautiful views. Benjamin was incredibly helpful and provided a lovely space. It’s a great, quiet place to spend a few days.

We found a very nice, modern and well-equipped accommodation, it corresponded completely to the description. Everyone felt comfortable in the beautiful house and it doesn't get tight with many people either. Bathrooms and toilets were very clean and especially available in sufficient quantity, highly recommended

The host was great, he was very polite and was ready to adapt to our needs. The house was very cozy and beautiful. The location is great if you are planing to travel by car otherwise it is quite remote.

The cabin is beautifully and modernly furnished without losing its rustic charm. Highlights include, of course, the hot tube and the sauna with fantastic views. There was almost nothing missing in terms of amenities. There are enough towels of different sizes and the kitchen and bathrooms were already equipped with standard consumables.( Shampoo, aluminum foil, baking paper, garbage bags, etc. and even spices) Kerstin's communication was quick and straightforward by phone, even though they were on vacation themselves. When we arrived, the tiled stove was already heated, the small wine shelf filled with a selection of good wines and a schnappy meal was on the table to welcome you. All in all, a nice holiday despite the bad weather. I'd love to come back.
