a quaint old house with lots of charm and coziness. If you are not afraid to bump your head on the low doors, you can feel very comfortable here

We spent a total of 5 nights with 3 families. We were warmly welcomed by the host and felt very comfortable from the first moment. Everything was clean and tidy. (Almost) each bedroom had its own bathroom, so each family had the necessary privacy. We particularly liked the view, the cleanliness and the very well-equipped kitchen. The fully automatic coffee machine has conjured up a wonderful aroma in the morning and the fresh rolls from the local bakery (delivery service!) taste excellent. We also enjoyed the surroundings with the many excursion possibilities (Zell am See, summer toboggan run Kaprun, Blausee, Slide path on the Maiskogelbahn, etc.)! We 100% recommend the place.

Ms. Seer's place was very clean and beautifully located. From there you had many opportunities to start excursions. Check-in was tailored to us and very uncomplicated. Just as you wish for. We will be happy to come back.

The house is lovely, very comfortable, spacious and equipped. It is in an excellent location both in its accessibility to tourist sites, both close to restaurants, gas station supermarkets and mainly because it is not within all of these, but is a short distance from them. The house is on a mountainside, not too far, not too close. On the way you pass through fields., you see animals, cross a bridge on a stream and come to the corner of paradise. We wholeheartedly recommend.

We went with family and friends for skiing and I have not expected that the house will be cleaned really well. With the kids we really needed privacy in each room. Advantage that you have shower in every room. Best house if you come to the region for skiing!

Amazing place nestled in the mountains on a working farm. Complete tranquility and a spotless stay. Loved it

We were a large group, three families.we had a lovely stay and were really delighted with the boot room and the kitchen which had everything we needed, as a group with children and eating in most nights the two dishwashers were a stroke of genius. The whole house really was exactly what we needed, not to far a drive from the bubble lift, maybe 8 minutes but ski schools are all on the other side of the valley maybe an 16-20 minute drive. Thanks for a lovely week if we’re coming back to Kitzbüheler again we’ll definitely try to stay here

This was the cleanest place that we have ever stayed at on a vacation. The house is also quite new, has ample washrooms and is situated in a quite neighborhood. The views are great, and the air is clean. This was a great home base for our daily excursions.

We have booked the house for a family weekend. Due to the spaciousness and the garden, the group was well distributed, which was very pleasant. For the children, the associated garden was a dream. Overall a very family-friendly ambience.

We had a lovely stay in this house. A lot of space, big rooms, very well equipped kitchen and a big living room. Just a five minutes walk to the grocery store, the city center, the ski bus to Saalbach and Kaprun and the slopes in Zell am Zee. We have made several trips to different countries and stayed in various apartments and houses during skiing season, but this was one of the best. Michael responded very quickly to our questions and made sure that we had a great stay. We can really recommend this house.

Very nice cottage for a large family, enough retreat space, nice living room for cozy hours together. The sauna in the basement was a highlight of the house. The proximity to the lifts and the well signposted winter hiking trails were important to us.

Stay was perfect. Great communication with the host! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. We were there for skiing and could get into the ski bus just outside the apartment door. We will be happy to come back!
