Vacation rentals with beach access in Salzburg-Umgebung District

Alles hat super geklappt, die Kommunikation war super und das Appartement ebenfalls!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Wohnung! Alles war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders praktisch war der Pool direkt im gleichen Gebäude. Die Lage ist top – in ein paar Minuten ist man am See oder bei der Schafbergbahn. Ideal, wenn man gerne wandert oder einfach die Natur genießen möchte. Der Check-in war total unkompliziert und der Gastgeber war super hilfsbereit – mit vielen tollen Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Besonders schön war auch der Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge – einfach traumhaft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir haben zu 6. eine Ferienwohnung für den Wolfgangseelauf gesucht und hätten es wirklich nicht besser treffen können! <3 Die Wohnung war ausreichend groß, super sauber und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alle wichtigen Dinge, um uns den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen, waren vorhanden. Auch der Ausblick vom Balkon mit Blick auf den See war wirklich toll. Der Ort und auch der See waren -mit kleiner Steigung- leicht fußläufig zu erreichen. Benita war super zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, wir durften sogar während des Laufs noch die Autos vor der Wohnung geparkt lassen und danach nochmal kurz unter die Dusche hüpfen. This Airbnb exceeded all expectations. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the home is impeccably maintained and beautifully decorated. The breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains provide a truly idyllic backdrop. The sunroom, in particular, quickly became my favorite space to unwind and soak in the natural beauty Austria has to offer. Gunter and Crista are outstanding hosts—welcoming, attentive, and thoughtful. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Austria.

We really enjoy our staying at Helga’s Landhaus. The house is so clean and beautiful! You can take a walk around the lake or take bus 150 to other lakes/towns. Helga is so nice to us and we all enjoy talking to her! She waited at the bus station the first day we arrived, and drive us to the market for shopping. Take a look at the painting on the wall-Helga’s Landhus, it’s so pretty!

What a wonderful start to our vacation. Nina was so kind and willing to help with anything. Received great food recommendations! Check-in/check-out was easy. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Rental was so well taken care of and very clean. Having a washer available in the rental was so convenient. Thank you, Nina for a wonderful stay!

Le centre ville est accessible à pieds très facilement ainsi qu’une jolie promenade autour du lac. Je recommande vivement ! La communication par message était facile et tout s’est bien déroulé.

Constanze's spacious lakeside home was a gem of a find! An idyllic location; gardens leading down to the jetty & lake ; amazing views across to mountains; excellent scenic walks to either end of the lake; train station 5 minutes walk away with regular, reliable service to Salzburg & elsewhere. We made the best use of this beautiful house & location & the wood burning stove was very much appreciated on the cooler evenings! Constanze was a great host, was there to meet & greet us & with excellent communication via phone too & we have no hesitation in recommending her lovely home.

We had the most wonderful stay here at Wilhelms house for a week. The location is beautiful with breathtaking mountain and lake views, and everywhere is so easy to access. We had a car and explored everything with ease and managed to fit so much in. As a family with a toddler (2.5 year old) I messaged Wilhelm ahead of our stay asking for a cot to set up and his recommendations for sightseeing spots, he was super responsive and offered some amazing recommendations. The house was immaculate, so much space, exceptionally clean with high end finishings and bedding. Would highly recommend and would love to visit again.

Really lovely traditional Austrian Accomodation. Right in the centre of St Wolfgang. Easy to get to lots of places and very welcoming.

Manfred is the most friendly and welcoming host. His house is a beautiful, traditional Austrian house with great views of the lake and surrounding mountains. Our family (including grandparents and small children) enjoyed their stay.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich und freundlich von Anna in dieser zu 100% empfehlenswerten schönen Unterkunft empfangen. Schnell hat uns Anna alles Wichtige erklärt und neben einem Blumenstrauß hat sie uns auch noch einen "Erstversorgungskorb" (Brot, Butter, Marmelade, Orangensaft etc.) überreicht. Die Wohnung bietet auf 2 Etagen sehr schöne Einrichtung und Ausstattung und entspricht vollkommen den Bildern im Angebot. Die Lage und die Sicht auf den Mattsee ist top - genauso wie die Sonnenuntergänge ! Das Dorf Mattsee bietet alles erforderliche zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen. Das Strandbad ist weitläufig, schön angelegt und sehr sauber. Wir konnten viel unternehmen (E-bike Tauernradweg nach Salzburg, Wallersee, Wolfgangsee mit Schafberg, Salzburg mit Gaisberg und einiges mehr), Auf Anna als unsere kompetente Ansprechpartnerin war immer Verlass und zusammen mit der Wohnung war unser Urlaub einfach Spitze !

Krásné, čisté, stylově zařízené ubytování s výhledem na jezero Attersee. K dispozici bylo vše, co nás jen napadlo (gril, venkovní posezení, lehátka, sauna, místo na uskladnění kol). Co jsme velice ocenili, byla soukromá pláž přímo na břehu jezera s chatičkou na převlékání a možností půjčení malé loďky; zde jsme si po celou dobu uschovali nafouknutý padleboard. Katharina je velice milá hostitelka, stále k dispozici. Každý den se zeptala, co máme v plánu, popřípadě poradila nějaké tipy.

Ein sehr schönes, architektonisch interessantes und blitzsauberes Haus. Die Lage und der Blick auf den Berg sind toll. Gerne wieder!
