Cozy apartment on the Mondsee. Distance to the bathing area for optimal relaxation about 5 minutes by foot. (approx. 250 m) The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a balcony. It has 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a kitchen-living room and 1 bathroom. Since we are currently renovating (remodeling), the balcony and outdoor area are not yet finished, the balcony can still be used. Barbecues and chairs in the garden are freely usable Large parking is free and right in front of the property.

Although a small piece outside the center, you are with the trolleybus (15-minute intervals) within 15 minutes (without changing) in the middle of the old town or center of Salzburg. 50m from the lake shore is the "Sonnwirtstöckl", a converted, old Zuhäusl, oriented to the south and to the lake, located in a quiet and sunny location in St.Gilgen with public bathing place directly on site. The attic of this guest house was converted into a special, large 104m² apartment: open old visible wooden construction, a spacious living-dining area with glass front to the veranda, topped by fantastic views of the lake and the mountains.
