Apartment vacation rentals in Sambuceto

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

Great location! Very close to all of the restaurants / shops & beach. Very spacious. Has 3 suites inside of the unit. Although we only needed one, it was nice having the space in the center of the city.

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

Even better than expected. The photos were very accurate, but the space was even more amazing than the photos showed. A recent full renovation to this top floor apartment was premium. We chose this apartment for its location and it did not disappoint. Located right on the Main Street and walking to dozens of bars, restaurants, and attractions. We were more than pleased with this experience and would recommend it fully.

We were received very familially. Everything was well presented to us, from the apartment to the family to the dog👍🏻. Michele even got us and borrowed the forgotten power adapter CH over the weekend, fantastic. We felt completely comfortable and welcome. The organic olive oil is also excellent. We have been very fortunate to travel and Hugo and his Mom Emilia are authentic people. They make you feel as family on day one. My wife and I together with my son and his girl friend had a magnificent stay at Hugo’s apt. Pescara is a layback city with great outdoor restaurants and bars. The beach is great and the people are super friendly. We are coming back many times over and over! Thank you Hugo! Thank you Amelia ! Thank you Pescara !!!

Wonderful garden, entirely rooted by the owner who demonstrates an innate sense of beauty... I recommend the oil of their production... For the summer they should add the pool... and at that point you will reach perfection...

The place was even more beautiful than the photos! peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for relaxing. We truly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were incredibly kind and friendly. The jacuzzi was amazing, especially at night with the outdoor lights—it created such a magical atmosphere.
