Настанихме се в апартамент, който много ни хареса – страхотна локация, чист и удобен. Домакинката беше много любезна и отзивчива, а когато се наложи да удължим престоя си, тя реагираше гъвкаво. Престоят беше перфектен, 6 от 6!

Appartement très bien situé pour un étudiant en échange Erasmus. Appartement confortable, bien équipé, idéale pour un long séjour (ma fille l a occupé 3,5 mois). Environnement sécurisé pour une jeune femme seule. Commerces à proximité. Un peu loin du centre pour les sorties mais bus, métro et taxi en grandes quantités

We had a great stay with our toddler here. Cosy and tidy place equipped with all you'll need for a couple days, comfy mattresses and quiet neighbourhood.

We very much appreciated and enjoyed the apartment. It was very clean, "well insulated" for noise and warmth (it was during winter) and in a great location. South Park (very nice park) was a minute from the apartment. Also, Paradise Mall and Bulgaria Mall are about 15 minutes walking time from the apartment. There are also 2 grocery stores very nearby. We enjoyed the apartment enough to extend our stay. The manager - owner was also very responsive and considerate. I would recommend the apartment to anyone looking for a clean, well managed apartment in a very walkable location.

The apartment has everything you might need and is situated in a quiet part of the neighbourhood. It is conveniently located not far from one of the big malls in the city. We stayed with our small baby and can say we didn’t lack anything at all! The staff at reception was very kind and responsive and always available to answer any requests from us.

Mariela was a fantastic host, and was extremely helpful when we needed her during the check in process. Also the kind gesture of allowing us use the late check out was very beneficial for us. The place was ideal for my small family. The place was absolutely spotless with ample space. Thanks once again for accommodating us. If we return to borovets we will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

The apartment is well-maintained and has the required amenities. The property with the garden is perfect for enjoying a breakfast and some coffee outside. The owners are easily reachable and responsive.

Kristina was very friendly and helpful. She did a great job welcoming us and ensuring that we had everything we needed. There are parks, restaurants, groceries, and transportation just outside the door. We would (and did) return again.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut zentral, alles, was ich brauchte, war in der Nähe. Besonders gut für Sportler, denn South Park ist um die Ecke, ca. 2 minuten Gehweg bis dorthin. Auch das Park Center, wo man alles finden kann, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist einfach perfekt. Luxuriös ausgestattet, wurde an keinem Detail gespart. Eine schöne geräumige Wohnung, mit 2 großem Zimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, ein Arbeitszimmer, Voll ausgestattete Küche, eine Art Wintergarten. Die Ausblick aus der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Wichtig ist zu erwähnen, dass die Betten sehr bequem sind, die Bettwäsche ist angenehm. Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und auch die Zentralheizung hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Küche hat ein großes Kühlschrank, Elektrogeräte für alle Eventualitäten, die Ausstattung ist nicht nur irgendwelches billiges Zeug, sondern sehr schön zusammengesucht und wertig. Die Wohnung wurde mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Neuwertig. Sehr wichtig: SAUBER! Und zwar sehr sauber. Ich fühlte mich sehr gut dort.

Great house with a great view on both sides. Had everything we needed plus more. And Ivaylo was really helpfull and responsive!
