The skyscraper has a direct entrance into the largest Schopping Mall and cinema city. It is located by the bike path along the river towards Hungary , Austria and the Carpathians. From the D1 /bypass of the city/ there is an easy drive up to Eurovea garage.

The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no immediate neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road lies the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is 300 HUF/person/night and has to be paid separately.

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. There are fridge, Nespresso coffee machine , kettler, plates, glases, cutlery
