Absolutely gorgeous appartment in Bangkok, we were there only 2 nights and it was not enough because we could literally live there. Everything seems brand new and is perfectly clean. The room and private patio are so confortable that we relaxed there during our 2 days of stay instead of visiting the city. Sasimanas and her parents are amazing hosts, they are welcoming, proactive and helpful, they allowed us to early and late check-in. We definitely recommend the Banana tree garden to anyone who want to stay in Bangkok away from the crowd.

Liz's apartment was great for our stay. It was very comfortable and clean and perfect for the two of us. absolute pleasure staying in this quiet corner, not far from anything you want to do either. family run restaurant next door, with such a happy vibe. the space was comfortable, AC strong, everything was just perfect. local recommendations were super helpful too. highly recommend staying here and not the super touristy side of the river.

Very nice experience. Was welcomed by mr Charn with a cheerful smile. Really appreciated his hospitality and thoughtfulness. The place is located quite far from the center of Bangkok but will be a good choice for people who come to attend a concert or event around Impact. Around 20 minutes to walk to Impact from here (however should go with a group of 4-5 people if you come back late) and only 5 minutes by taxi or grab. Very easy to get a grab to go anywhere you want. Near 7-11 and Family Mart is another good point.

I stayed a month in this house and it was my best choice. I recommend this place, it's comfortable, practical and everything is working properly . The kitchen is very well equipped . This place has two plus that add up and make a difference has a washing machine on the balcony and has a seven eleven almost inside the building that is very useful . I work remotely and the internet is very good and also has a comfortable chair to be able to work . Sirichol has been very kind and has been attentive to our stay ,it was clear with the directions and recommendations , a very professional person. There are many things to do and it is a good strategic point to move to the important tourist spots of Bangkok.Ademas has the metro line a block and a half away . The building staff is really friendly and you are always greeted with a smile, I would definitely stay at their home again if I return to Bangkok.Thank you for a perfect stay!!!

Excellent accommodation. Exactly as described with great amenities and well air conditioned. The hosts were excellent and responsive and helped us with our queries. The location was great and taxis super cheap to get around - it avoided the super busy streets whilst keeping a good distance from them. Thank you so much!

Very great place to stay and it’s very comfortable and there’s plenty of grocery store nearby (7-11) I did in that the place is very clean and it’s very comfortable for us to stay the house is big and the owner give us very clear instruction to enter the door recommended you guys to stay in this homestay and if I comes to Bangkok agian, I will choose this homestay agian!

I used it as a place to stay for an employee trip! It was close to the main city center of Bangkok, and it was a short walk from the station, but I had a very relaxing stay in a spacious space! The housekeeper was also kind and accommodating, so we had a comfortable stay!Recommended!

We enjoyed our second stay here very much. The house is so sweet and watching life on the water was very relaxing after our days exploring Bangkok. We used the boats as public transport, which I highly recommend! The neighbourhood is lovely and the cafes nearby are excellent. I'm so glad we were able to experience this very special part of Bangkok.

Jenny’s place is extremely spacious. Lots of bathrooms, plenty of space, smoking area, private parking. It’s also a heaven for stair lovers😉. Isra and his wife are amazing host. They really look after you no matter of the time. They are a lovely couple. Just for future stayers be aware that going back and Doherty always needs to be arranged in advance. Once, there make sure you have everything you need. Walking around the island is not very easy as from the place there is no route to just walk and go and explore. If you just want to stay in one place, this is ideal. My only negative is the mosquitos. You get bitten a lot. Maybe more things available to combat it like insect killing lights. More sprays, etc.

I stayed a few days after the quake and life was pretty normal. No cracks on walls or building but Garden cordoned off as well as the roof top pool. No biggie. Hope it’s re-opened next time. Super easy walk to MRT and secure, cozy, private apartment with amenities on the ground floor. There were a few more rules noted in the flat e.g. smoking weed carries an enormous fine which should be made clear online but again, no biggie. It was a lovely place to unwind after exploring

The host was very responsive and friendly, making communication easy and smooth. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the BTS, which made getting around super convenient. Plus, having a 7-11 right underneath the building was a huge bonus. The place was perfect for our stay!

The condo is very cozy and bright. We lived for more than a month and everything was wonderful. Everything is clean, new furniture. The condo is suitable for long term, we felt at home. We will definitely come back. The best and most comfortable place we stayed in our long trip 🤍🤍🤍

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

I enjoy my stay here and definitely will come again when i visiting bangkok again!
