Excellent ! Very good apt with good location, Iliana is very friendly and always with the best disposition. Very clean and well owned apartment. It's a very good choice.

Everything very good, it is close to almost everything, warehouses, restaurants, pharmacies, the beach, etc etc etc etc etc. The place is quite comfortable, and easy to access, with full air conditioning, has cable TV. The only aspect to be improved is a small water leak in the bathroom, and the batteries of the air control were already running out. Everything else is fine. Going back again on next few occasions going to San Andres.

Only one washing machine will be needed

I highly recommend this place. Excellent location and super quiet to rest (no noise is heard and the room is super dark with air conditioning that works perfect🤩) The apartment is very nice and with the necessary elements to be able to cook. We had a wonderful 6 day stay at Ricardo and Monika's, in large part due to their helpful suggestions, fantastic breakfasts (reasonably priced and delicious), and friendliness. Providencia is incredibly beautiful and Ricardo helped us with scooter rental, boat excusions, taxi to the airport, even suggestions for things to do in St. Andres during our free afternoon between flights. We loved our stay and hope to return again.

Excellent hosts. On arrival we had inconveniences with the apartment but it was ageno to the apt and the hosts since it was something of the apt next door. Quickly Virginia fixed the problem and let us make another room. Really great attention all the days we were, without didas we came back!! Thank you for everything

Aparta-studio deluxe, full kitchen and fast and efficient internet connection. The place is fully equipped and Scott makes you feel at home. To mobilize around the island to and from the place, you can choose to use bus, taxi or mulita (it is rented for hours or a day). If you want to rest and/or need to work at some point of the day and you need good internet, this is the place!

We saw Vanessa's apartment with the family, the apartment is very spacious and modern, Vanessa was very kind and understanding, as we were wrong with the check-in date, but she still had no problems with receiving us, she was very understanding.

The apartment is very well located and has a beautiful view. It has everything you need for your stay, it's comfortable, clean and the air conditioning works perfect.

Our stay at the Fresh Beach House was really nice. Host Helga is responsive and well-connected and owners Javier and Liseth are very helpful. I was there with an unofficial nephew for a six night stay. The location is great with a nice view of Haines Cay. Cocoplum Beach is an easy walk. There are terrific restaurants nearby, mostly seafood. I’m not a seafood lover exactly but loved everything. We went to Melite for seafood, Tamara for pollo al carbon, and Kingston Jerk Spot, open for lunch only. A word of warning, though. This is not luxury. There are drawbacks. The water is not safe to drink. You can’t flush your TP. The electricity went off for us for a while a few times. It’s right next to the road and the people here are using the roads at 5:00am. But the place and the people make up for it. I recommend renting a mula during some or all of your stay (Helga can help) so you can drive around. It’s fun once you realize that lane lines are suggestions. Have fun!

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment right across the beach watching amazing sunrises and moon rises. The place was very comfortable and well appointed. It was also very very clean. Our hosts were gracious and helped to arrange transportation from the airport, as well as around the island. The only drawback is that there is no potable water, but this is easily purchased from a convenient store about one block away. In conclusion, I can honestly say that we would definitely return to this location.

Deiner is a very friendly person and helps a lot in things on the island , he is always attentive to what you could need in the same way the place is very nice and quiet , it was perfect for our family and the view is beautiful facing the sea. It was 100% worth our stay ah very much thank you for making this unforgettable and perfect trip.

Apartamento as shown in the photos, with the best location in San Andrés, you have everything at hand you just have to walk 5 minutes and you find restaurants, supermarkets, beach, the apto has a spectacular view, although it is close to nightclubs the sector is quite quiet no noises, you can sleep peacefully, the host responds quickly, he is attentive to solve any need, we will definitely come back, thank you for everything.

Ingrid responds quickly and his instructions are clear. The location is the best on the Island, (I recommend you check on the Airbnb map as the location appeared on another beach nearby , however the description is exact). San Luis beach offers you local gastronomy, which you won't find anywhere else. Nearby there are mini markets and shops to stock up on what you need. At the Chalet you are taken by the mule, domiciles, taxis…all thanks to that the hostess provides you a folder with contacts. I definitely recommend the place that has everything, even cleaning and washing service... they were also very generous and flexible at check-in and check-out.

Very grateful to the Hosts, despite some inconveniences that we had Roxanna and Lincoln were very attentive to us, the apartment spacious and impeccable as they did not deliver it. It met our expectations and my family and I are so grateful for all your help. We would return without a problem and it is very easy to get to, close to the beach and close to the center.
