Beachfront vacation rentals in San Andres and Providencia

Our stay at the Fresh Beach House was really nice. Host Helga is responsive and well-connected and owners Javier and Liseth are very helpful. I was there with an unofficial nephew for a six night stay. The location is great with a nice view of Haines Cay. Cocoplum Beach is an easy walk. There are terrific restaurants nearby, mostly seafood. I’m not a seafood lover exactly but loved everything. We went to Melite for seafood, Tamara for pollo al carbon, and Kingston Jerk Spot, open for lunch only. A word of warning, though. This is not luxury. There are drawbacks. The water is not safe to drink. You can’t flush your TP. The electricity went off for us for a while a few times. It’s right next to the road and the people here are using the roads at 5:00am. But the place and the people make up for it. I recommend renting a mula during some or all of your stay (Helga can help) so you can drive around. It’s fun once you realize that lane lines are suggestions. Have fun!

We had a pleasant stay at Fabio's place, a very kind and helpful host. He gave us good recommendations for restaurants and excursions, and even took us on a nice hike on the peak of the island. There were a few small issues to fix, like the unusable downstairs shower, water leaks, and some necessary repairs (lock, outdoor staircase), but Fabio quickly took care of these issues. After the hurricane, he had to rebuild part of the house, which shows his dedication. Some adjustments or updates to the photos could make the experience even more enjoyable for future visitors. The view from the house is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to Fabio's hospitality.

The space surprised me when I arrived because it's so much better than what's featured on your listing!! Spacious bathroom and all very clean. Airbnb is part of a hotel, so the maid cleaned it during the stay. The location is perfect! We went to the airport (15min) and went every night to the centrinho (not 10min). I had no contact with Rawad, but the receptionists helped me with everything that was needed - super kind. Check-in was only at the time of the announcement, but we were able to organize ourselves and leave the bag at the front desk. I will definitely indicate to the acquaintances. I loved the stay!

Ricardo's rented space is new, with all amenities for a quiet and comfortable stay. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, both with comfortable mattresses and superior bedding. A good air-conditioning, curtains and screens on the windows complete the environment. Large bathroom with a large box and a good shower. The living room integrated with the kitchen has a double sofa bed. All utensils for making some meals at home are available. Ricardo offers a 20 litre drinking water bottle that can be purchased for a fair price. The location is excellent, in the tourist part of the island, very close to restaurants, market and exit for motorboat tours. The property is a beautiful place, where you will feel at home. The "cake cherry" are the charming Caramel (Dog) and his companion Cat. In short: Place to rest and be happy!

The location of the apartment is suitable for commerce and in relation to activity that develops on Sunday April 27, the half marathon race, which was the main reason for the visit to the island

Staying with Scott was really great! The place was clean, we were able to put in our belongings before check in and there were all the amenities you needed, even enough water to drink. He was always available and even helped me with a surprise for a birthday - the surprise was successful! I would highly recommend the place to anyone! ☺️

The apartment perfectly served all 06 people. Espaço clean and well cared for, in addition to being right in the center of the island, close to the restaurants, shops and ports. We managed to do almost everything on foot, and there was a mulles rental point just ahead, plus a tour agency underneath. Excellent!

We visited Vanessa's apartment with the family, the apartment is very spacious and modern, Vanessa was very kind and understanding, because we made a mistake with the check-in date, but she still had no problem with receiving us, she was very understanding.

The apartment is as shown in the Photos, it has everything you need for a very pleasant stay, the location is excellent and the environment is very good. Marta the main host is very helpful and friendly, the person who delivers the apartment not so much.

The apartment is even more impressive in person. I would say it was one of the best stays I've ever had on the platform. The location is excellent, you will walk to all the main sights of the island. The hotel pool that guests have free access to is very beautiful, with access to the bar with compatible prices to the bars of the region. Eli, the person responsible for cleaning on alternate days is also an extremely kind and attentive person and available at all times. The farewell was difficult. Incredible location! Unforgettable days!

Perfect location for us where it's possible to find a quiet spot on the beach a short distance away and close to the vegan restaurant New Start (lunch only). The apartment was as described in the listing. It was comfortable, especially the beds and with AC in all the rooms. Vinburn looked after us well, what a lovely man he is, we would definitely return. Shop across the road for essentials though Vinburn arranged for the taxi to stop on the way so we could get shopping from the bigger shop. Having the big reusable container for water that he provided was most welcome as we had been concerned about potential plastic waste.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment right across the beach watching amazing sunrises and moon rises. The place was very comfortable and well appointed. It was also very very clean. Our hosts were gracious and helped to arrange transportation from the airport, as well as around the island. The only drawback is that there is no potable water, but this is easily purchased from a convenient store about one block away. In conclusion, I can honestly say that we would definitely return to this location.

In general terms, excellent stay, very quiet place, close to everything; my stay was family, with children, in my opinion a side table or dining room is missing to share moments at breakfast or dinner.
