The best thing about the apartment is the view of the lake. It is located on the 10th level. The photos on the page are real. A very good location, it has parking, access to the pool, Jacuzzi and the hotel beach. Close to the Atitlan Reserve and other hotels that provide restaurant service, the town of Panajachel is a 5-minute drive away. Glenda met our needs, easy check-in and check-out.

I will be saving this place for the next time I come to visit! Everything is close by, all within walking distance. The house was everything that we needed , like paradise. ❤️

Perfect location! 3minute tuktuk to everything or 9-10mins walking. Sababa resort/ ferry doc/ and Mr mullets all in that distance. Pictures are accurate but much better in person! Highly recommend as host made everything super easy and willing to help with anything. OAN:If you use wash cloth for body they don’t supply. None of the location we stayed had them (we brung some so wasn’t an issue for us😂)

Phyllis is a wonderful host. She and Blaine have an absolutely gorgeous property; the pictures don't do it justice. We actually booked a different part of the property now and plan to stay much longer if we can! We love it here. It's a perfect distance from town so it's quiet and secluded, but still close enough so that walking is great. Would highly recommend this place. The wifi is great. Lovely cozy space. Stunning Views. Wonderful place, highly recommend! Quiet and peaceful right next to a new public dock (ie easy access), and just a short walk away from the main parts of San Marcos. Sevonne was super responsive and helpful. STUNNING volcano views and a beautifully maintained lawn and garden. Thank you!

Very pleasant stay! The apartment is easy to reach and all the good restaurants, bars, etc. are within walking distance. The place is all new and squeaky clean, had hot water and a fully equipped kitchen. Miguel and Enly were super easy to communicate with, checked in with us a few times and were so sweet and friendly - and they have an in-house laundry!!! Also loved the chill out area with the beautiful lake view.

The experience at the house of San Lucas de Tolimán was wonderful. By far the best bay of Lake Atitlán to rest. Very quiet Pueblito with a perfect atmosphere to relax. The house is very nice and all the amenities worked very well as advertised. Extremely comfortable and very quiet bed. The terrace with the jaccuzzi complements the whole experience. Positive point to highlight the service, attention and availability of Hector who was always attentive to all our needs. Highly recommended.

The house is beautiful, has a spectacular view of the lake and has everything you need for your stay. Daniel is an excellent host; super friendly, willing and with excellent attention. He gave us directions to get to the surrounding villages and accompanied us to the house to make our arrival easy; he also gave us very good recommendations to get to know the villages of Atitlán. We'll definitely be back.

My friend and I had a wonderful time at Marion’s place. Her and Jerry took amazing care of us throughout our month-long stay. Marion helped us coordinate transportation to and from the airbnb, gave us local recommendations, and checked-in on us every so often to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The WiFi was great for remote-work, and the location was both quiet/secluded from the street noise, as well as close to the action for post-work activities throughout the week. We’d recommend Marion’s place to anyone; we’ll be back again soon!

Mutty's home is the perfect place to unwind as a family. The view of Lake Atitlan and volcanoes is amazing. The natural environment creates an environment of peace and connection with nature. Every corner of the property was taken advantage of by my group. Our favorite was the viewpoint. Perfect accommodation for family group.

They were very thin and friendly at all times, they supported me with inquiries and although the lake is not at par with some as they expect it is also not so retired and accessible even if they have children or some older adult 🫶🧡

This has been such an awesome Airbnb. Luz and Shawn have been awesome hosts and we absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Peaceful and far enough away from street noise. Of course we still have the dogs, cats and fireworks that are the typical Pana noise. Most importantly the Beds and couch and the whole house arrangement is so comfortable and home- like and fully stocked including a washer and dryer. We could have stayed longer. Hot showers and running water all day. Meeting Rolando the caretaker of the outside and Santa the caretaker of the inside has been a pleasure.

This location has one of the best views of any place we have ever stayed. We were able to see the sun rise from the balcony and observe the stars at night in the hot tub. Absolutely stunning! Alejandra and Fernando are kind, helpful and wonderful. They provided everything we needed for our stay. Andrea responded very quickly when we were in need of assistance. I will say, read the manual and be sure to take a ferry to San Marcos and tuk tuk to the property from there. We made the mistake of telling a private boat captain we were going to San Pablo and paid an extremely inflated price to be dropped off there. Lesson learned. Also, the stairs to the property are very steep. They are well lit and have a rail but if you have any mobility issues, I would not recommend this property. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we plan on staying again when we return.

A great stay! We had to change accommodations late at night, Andrea responded right away and the staff greeted us at the gate and helped us with bags down the stairs. The bed was enormous and the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Incredibly beautiful views, just a few meters from the lake, to wake up to. Clean and fresh and had everything you needed in the kitchen and in the bathroom, large and lovely shower. Extra thanks for the fact that Andrea always responded very quickly and she and the staff were very thoughtful and helpful. We would be glad to come back!

great end of Semana. Dreamy. I revived my honeymoon in this great Airbnb. Only by recommendation: San Marcos(The nearest village) is a village with a marked profile of tourists more than all backpackers, if you are looking for entertainment in the evening with family you will find very little. but otherwise, concerning the Airbnb simply spectacular

Very nice stay about 10 minute walk from the main hub of San Marcos. Secluded and quiet, right on the water. Had some amazing sunrises. Being so close to the water, there will be bugs, but that was expected and manageable with turning lights off/closing doors at night. Bed was very comfortable.
