Remember that all of Ecuador is experiencing an electricity crisis and you will be without water, wifi, cellular service for extended periods of time. This unit is on the 6th floor and the elevator will also be affected. There's no generator to run the building's essentials.

Our stay was spectacular, Gladys was very helpful at all times. The place is as described in the photos, secure parking, laundry area and very friendly neighbors. The place is close to everything and has plenty of food venues and super close shops. Internet, AC in the rooms and living room, all kitchen fixtures. Gladys left us a welcome gift for local chifles and doughnuts. Close to the beaches of Jaramijo, Murciélago and San Mateo. A super close market with fresh fishing every day. Gladys helped us by extending the check-out time a little and that was very important since we were a little delayed with the departure. Super recommended place and hostess. I'll be back soon.

We don't have enough words to describe how amazing this place is. Impeccable, conveniently located, it had everything you needed for cooking, for the bathroom, the rooms and in general all the facilities that a tourist wants to have. Something that we should highlight is Ronald's attention to detail and hospitality. We were very impressed by his attentiveness and the document he has to welcome you. Very nice and comfortable and super clean

Las Palmas was perfect and we highly recommend staying there. Clean, very large space right on the beach and gated. The host is very responsive. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
