Located on the third floor of a building in the historical center of Florence, a few steps from Duomo, Santa Croce and Museums, it has been completely renovated and furnished in 2017. It has a double bedroom with king size bed and air conditioning; a large living room / kitchen with a sofa bed (on request) and air conditioning; a single bedroom with a french size bed (with Dyson fan); and a bathroom with washing /dryer machine. The apartment has all the comforts.
“My partner and l stayed in this stylish, spotlessly clean and comfortable apartment which was a Christmas gift from my son. Emilio met us at the apartment within 10 minuets of my phone call to him to say we had arrived early having decided to get a taxi from the airport (25 euro ) He also spent lots of time explaining how everything worked etc. Good restaurant recommendations in the house folder, we would also like to recommend Melaleuca on Lungarno delle grazie, 18 , great for coffee, breakfast and light lunch. A great location to get around the various sites on foot. Our only real negative is the bar across the road gets very noisy when people come outside to smoke which for my partner was quite an issue so late at night, however there is a comfortable small double bed at the back of the apartment which is much quieter. We would recommend this lovely apartment to family and friends”
Sweet renovated loft in Florence (10 min from the old city center, served by bus-line), with private parking space, italian kitchen, 2 sleeping accomodations (king size bed), free wi-fi, towels and linen, milk and coffee, all utilities included, plus a local wine bottle just to say 'ciao'. Ideal for tourists and romantic couples. PS: If I will be free at work, I will pick you up by car at santa maria novella train station / Peretola airport (no extra charge)
“Marco's place was a nice quiet place for me and my friend for our stay in Florence. It was very clean, and had all the basic amenities. There is a bus stop right outside – extremely convenient, especially if you are travelling with suitcases. Also, Marco was kind enough to pick us up when we arrived! He gave very clear instructions about getting to and from the city centre, and had some great restaurant recommendations for us too. We highly recommend staying at Marco's place and will definitely look out for him if we ever return to Florence.”
L'antico casolare situato nel cuore della Toscana nelle terre del Chianti, risalente all'anno mille d.C., è segnalato tra i poderi più belli della zona. La torre, fa parte di una corte fortificata medioevale di cui sono ancora visibili le feritoie.
“If you are a self-driving traveler, this beautiful manor house will be the best choice! It is just over 30 kilometers from the central area of Florence and only 30 minutes from the mall. The famous wine town of Rufina is only 6 kilometers away, where you can buy authentic red wine and daily necessities. The manor is beautiful, quiet and safe. Located on a hill full of vineyards (not very high), you can even watch the clouds from your bedroom in the morning. The manor is large in size, and the fruit trees such as persimmon trees, apple trees, almond trees, and grapes are full of fruits. You can also find a variety of wild mushrooms on the lawn full of mountain flowers, some are as big as your face, and the taste is very fat. The interior of the room is large and clean. Furniture and furnishings are full of classical romanticism, but refrigerators, kitchen utensils, fireplaces and other living appliances are modern. Everything you need is everything, and Carlo even has an international adapter plug, which I have never encountered before. Finally, I would like to introduce Carlo, which is not only friendly and welcoming. He is like our relatives in a foreign country, giving two families who have traveled home for 2 months. We love him forever and ever! It is a bust choice!”
