Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Giovanni Suergiu

Great location for easy walking to shops and many restaurants/cafes. The unit looked like the photos, was clean and comfortable.

The place was very nice, clean and well appointed – exactly as described. I would like to highlight the great service: on the first morning the blind could not be raised, but I was able to reach Cinzia immediately, and her partner was already on site half an hour later and fixed the issue. I felt completely well looked after. Also the location was great: a supermarket was only a two minute walk away, and in the immediate vicinity there were several very good restaurants. With the nearby bus connections, you could reach both Poetto beach and downtown quickly and easily. I would book with Cinzia again anytime – thanks for everything!

Beautiful apartment for a wonderfully relaxing stay in Sardinia. The pictures say it all... Taty and Luca are easily accessible. Great starting point for many excursions, the proximity to Cagliari is a wonderful change from beach life in the area. Very relaxing stay ;-))

My husband and I stayed at Elana's place for just 3 nights, but could easily have stayed a month. It was clean and well-equipped; Elena and Gerald have literally thought of everything. The apartment is about half a block from Piazza Yenne, so close to the action, but surprisingly quiet (especially at night). Lots of great options for dining close by. Elena provided lots of great tips for things to do and places to eat. If you get a chance, try ChiaroScuro di Marina Ravarotto for dinner. I would recommend this lovely apartment without hesitation.

Ksenia was great at communicating with us - the local recommendations were a great source of information for things to do and places to visit. Everything we needed was in the flat or in the cupboards (toilet roll, cleaning items, food seasoning, etc…) saving purchasing lots of things only to use them for the week of our stay. The studio flat is very well done out and there was good space for two people for the week. Ksenia made us feel right at home and check in and check out was a breeze, even with our flight arriving late at night. There is free parking within 2 minutes from the apartment so that was very useful for our car. Thank you Ksenia and Vanda for having us at your flat!

Massimo‘s place is an absolute stunner. From the balcony facing the piazza, the incredible ceiling height, the tasteful interior, to the fantastic location for exploring Cagliari. Easily in our top 3 of Airbnb‘s we have ever staid in. Highlight was being right in the Sant‘ Efisio Procession Route on May 1st. What a luxury to watch such a spectacular event from your balcony! Cagliari seems to love clean streets and has a complex garbage collection system. Just be sure you can handle the early morning street cleaning noise and of any events on the piazza, as well as have familiarity with complex recycling systems. We could not have had a better stay and will recommend Massimo‘s place to our friends. Thank you, Massimo!

They provided us with a lot of useful information about both Cagliari restaurants and the most beautiful places to visit. Little did I know this was the perfect location - a ~6 minute walk from the center of town and ~8 minutes from the bus to the beach (not to mention all the great restaurants in between!). Paola was an excellent and responsive host, and incredibly helpful when I was struggling to get a taxi at 4:30am for my flight. I would love to go back, and would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Cagliari.

I was greeted when I arrived and my heavy case was taken up the stairs for me. I stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful accommodation, extremely clean and gorgeously appointed. Very comfortable. It’s very well positioned in the centre and only 10 minutes from my language school. It’s close to great bars and restaurants but very quiet. Highly recommend! And I need to mention that I am very fussy! Brilliant!

The small apartment, with attention to the smallest details, had everything you needed to stay. In the heart of the historic center for visiting Cagliari and convenient for getting around by public transportation, 5 minutes from the station.

We spent 10 days as a family of four in Pilar's beautiful apartment and we didn't miss anything. The apartment is spacious, very tastefully decorated and extremely clean. We had (except for morning, friendly bird chirping) lots of peace and privacy. The view is really fantastic, in the morning you can see the kitesurfers on the beach with an espresso and in the evening you can hear the waves at sunset. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. In the area, there are very nice beaches within walking distance (we liked the Spiaggia di Sa Colonia best), in about 20 minutes' walk you are by the sea. In the neighboring village there is a small supermarket, but it is advisable to do larger purchases, for example, in Pula. Pilar was always available as a hostess and super friendly. We can highly recommend the apartment. Thanks for a very nice vacation!

We loved Kate's secret garden so much! So close to the beach, shops, and Cagliari. Very peacefull atmosphere, and a holiday feeling. We could feel the love and care that is put in the Airbnb. It was perfect for our stay with 2 teenagers. And the weather and seawater was still nice in oktober. Thank you so much!

Suitable for anyone wanting a central location in Cagliari city, close to all amenities, Cathedrals, museums, shops and coastal / historical walks. At weekends it will be busy, bustling from early evening into the early morning so not for light sleepers. Proactive communication with friendly and helpful hosts, before and during stay.

Valentina's apartment is lovely and spacious, just as pictured. Decent amenities as advertised, plenty of parking, quiet area with a supermarket in walking distance as well as the beach not too far. The center is just a short 10 minute drive. Bed was comfortable, smart TV, A/C for the warmer days, and a machine dryer were a nice bonus. Valentina kindly provided some nice recommendations of things to do when we had a couple of rainy days, which was helpful! Overall, we recommend this apartment when staying in Cagliari!

Very comfortable beds, clean, beautiful views of the ocean from the terrace. Tiziana was very helpful and responsive. Very walkable to several restaurants and the grocery. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hosts, really passionate about their town and the culture, really made us feel at home and were available to contact fast. Very understanding of travel issues we encountered and very efficient when a small problem occurred which we thankfully resolved fast. 11/10 would recommend a visit, the place is beautiful as well as Cagliari itself. We stayed here for 4 nights and we absolutely loved it! I could seriously move in and live in this apartment - it has everything that you need, is comfortable, little balcony was great for breakfast and evening wine, 2 ACs and is overall very nicely decorated so you get that homey feeling as soon as you walk in. Not to mention there are quite a few goodies prepared for guests in fridge and kitchen. Location is approximately 15minutes walk to the old part of the town but it is a nice walk and we loved that is was easy to park in front of the apartment building. Host Ksenia was very friendly, proactive and gave a lot of suggestions. I would 100% recommend this stay for exploring Cagliari and around.
