Trini was a great hostess. We ran into a problem with the festivities of “Las Cruces de Mayo de Cartagena” blocking the streets and trying to park our vehicle. Trini contacted us in advance and already had a plan B. She provided us with recommendations of places to eat. It was no disappointment. We highly recommend Trini’s place.

La urbanización es super tranquila, la terracita está genial y la playa a dos minutos. José Antonio (el anfitrión) disponible para cualquier cosa. Buena experiencia, lo recomiendo.

What a fabulous apartment-great location, great views and full of character. We came here for a walking holiday and this was the perfect base. Stunning walks and then back to a pool for a refreshing dip. Well equipped and beautifully laid out. The communication throughout was great and check in and out was flexible and very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely recommend and return!

We’ve had a delightful stay in Christians apartment. Location is perfect, for beach, bar and restaurants . We would advise that you need a car if you want to go further afield. Superb local beaches/ resorts of Garrucha and Mojacar a very short drive away and defiantly worth the visit. Many thanks Christian we wholeheartedly recommend.

Muy limpio, espacioso y cómodo. Muchas camas disponibles, ideal para grupos. Buen wifi y acceso a plataformas de streaming. Recomendado.

Situé à 5 mn en voiture et 25 mn à pied du beau village de Mojacar, le logement cosy et super propre d'Elaine dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire pour un couple. Bien que mitoyen à celui d'Elaine, il reste indépendant avec ses 2 terrasses extérieures privés, abritées des regards. Le quartier est paisible, malgré le passage des voitures sur la route en contre bas, uniquement de jour. La literie et le linge de maison sont vraiment exceptionnel de qualité. En octobre, nous avons pu profiter de l'espace piscine non attenante au logement, mais proche. En bref, nous recommandons cette location et remercions Elaine pour sa bienveillance.

We visited there at the end of April, so there were very few people and it was very quiet, the beach was empty, practically ours alone :) For those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the ideal place. Our teenage children had their own room and separate beds, and we as parents had a king-sized bedroom, which is rare in this type of apartment. Also a large terrace overlooking the sea and the town promenade. Very good value for money case, I recommend it.

Location tout a fait conforme a la description . Piscine très proche de la terrasse et très bien entretenue . équipement en bon état et suffisant pour 5 personne . La communication avec Paul par Mail a été très réactive et les personnes sur places aussi .Le golf est agréable a jouer et vraiment pas cher avec la voiturette incluse . En bref nous avons passé de super vacances dans un super endroit , merci Paul et surement a bientôt .

Wow! If you have the chance, book ii! You will not find a more beautiful place or better location. We marveled at every gorgeous designer detail, from the luxury baths to the chef’s kitchen, set in a spectacular loft. It’s in the middle of upscale shopping and restaurants, walk a few minutes to everything right out your door. The host was friendly and instantly responded to messages - including great restaurant advice. Go to Mares Brava for the best local seafood and hidden beach! We chose Cartegena by chance because it was on our driving route across Spain. . We were so surprised by its beauty and quality of life. Lots to do and see. The Roman amphitheater was a highlight, maybe a 5 min walk. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment but very easy. Highly recommended!

La casa es perfecta para disfrutar de unos días por la zona. Todo está muy nuevo y la casa tiene todos los detalles. El aire acondicionado ha sido vital para estos días de calor. La urbanización es muy tranquila, la piscina abre hasta las 12:00h de la noche y tiene un supermercado Mercadona a unos 200 m de distancia. Seguro que volvemos en nuestra próxima visita a Vera Playa.

Fantastic host and property. Great communication before and during our stay. The property was perfectly described and we had a wonderful time. I would advise hiring cars for your stay especially if you have children. We hired cars and all pools are around 2km away so saved hassle with walking with children in hot weather. The beach is also a 10 minute drive away. Would highly recommend this host, we will be coming back.

Lovely place to relax with ever-helpful and welcoming hosts Marie and Martyn. In 2023 my wife and I broke our journey and stayed here for 1 day. In 2024, we intentionally increased the length of our holiday so that we could break our journey with a 2-day stay here. Now we are trying to work out how we can visit for longer in 2025!

We had a fabulous stay and are so grateful. Everything we needed, down to Shampoo and Conditioner was all there upon arrival. It is so beautifully maintained, the garden, the house, the pool and orientated to catch the sun at all points of the day. It was exactly what myself and my fanily needed, thank you!!

Miejsce jest magiczne! Od pierwszego momentu można poczuć się jak w domu, jest bardzo przytulnie, czysto, jasno. Mieszkanie jest bardzo dobrze wyposażone, można znaleźć wszystko czego potrzeba zarówno na krótki jak i bardzo długi pobyt. Lokalizacja jest perfekcyjna, blisko ośrodka sportowego, do plaży maksymalnie 2 minuty. Okolica jest też cicha, a jednocześnie blisko sklepów i restauracji (zarówno pieszo jak i samochodem).

The apartment is beautiful and has a lovely balcony over looking the harbour and ocean. The kitchen has everything you need and is spotless and up market. The bed was so comfy, as good as our own. The a/c worked well and was nearly silent. Overall I would recommend this apartment very highly as I would Villaricus which is a lovely village. A rental car is required and if the car is a but bulky you might find the underground parking a bit tricky. I ended up parking mine outside where there is loads of space. There is a great hardware store behind the supermarket at Playa Vera that sells all the essentials for the beach ie a corkscrew for the umbrella seats etc so you can be like the locals.

De los mejores sitios para quedarse en Vera. La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos o incluso mejor y la urbanización super tranquila y sin apenas ruidos, además de estar prácticamente al lado de Vera Playa. Con Rosa y su marido la comunicación inmejorable, para cualquier cosa te responden muy rápidamente e incluso nos facilitaron un pdf con información de interés de la casa, sitios de la zona, números de taxi y demás. Repetiría sin duda.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt geliebt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber blitzsauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das ganze Inventar sowie auch die Poolmöbel sind wirklich hochwertig und in einem super Zustand. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind insbesondere aufgrund der Aussicht auf die Berge einfach perfekt. Das Haus liegt ruhig, aber Restaurants, Cafés und der Strand sind fußläufig erreichbar. Direkt hinter dem Haus, kann man in den Bergen mit dem Hund spazieren gehen. Auch Dan & Natalie waren jederzeit für uns erreichbar und haben stets versucht uns bestmöglich weiterzuhelfen. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und freuen uns schon hoffentlich ganz bald wieder zu kommen!

My husband and I came to Spain to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Sam and Mats place was incredible! It was in the perfect location with an amazing view. If we felt like staying in, we did not feel like we were missing out especially with the massive terrance and gorgeous views! Such a special place! Everything was very clean and looked just like the pictures! Easy walking distance from the main coastal walk with many shops and restaurants minutes walk away. They also gave the most helpful recommendations for local spots and wonderful restaurants. We had a power outage and they checked on us right before the internet went down and informed us of what was going on. It was a 5 star stay! We loved every minute and really felt like we picked the perfect hidden gem!

Graham was the perfect host providing us with lots of information beforehand on beaches, restaurants, places to visit & golf courses. He met us on arrival & showed us where everything was & had even provided a cold bottle of fizz & a delicious Spanish cake. His apartment is beautiful with really comfortable beds & excellent showers. The best bit was the terrace with amazing sea views. He has thought of everything & there is a real sense of thought & care for his visitors e.g. he makes it very clear that you are welcome to use all the herbs, spices, oils etc. He even provides beach towels which is great. Our favourite beach was Playa Amarillo which was a 5 minute drive away although the beach in front of the apartment was good for swimming if it was a bit choppy in other places. We visited Lorca & Mojacar for days out & Aguilon Golf which were all easy to get to. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Graham for a lovely stay.
