Everything is excellent. The condominium and the area is very quiet, with the proximity of shopping for walks. The apartment comes with everything you need to spend the day there. Fabian was excellent with directions and check-in and check-out times. I would definitely come back.

Had a great 1 month stay at Fernando's apartment. It is very quiet and well located in the Pichincha district where there are many quality bars and restaurants. It has a nice balcony with a beautiful view. Check-in is a little weird, you have to pick up the key from a small safe that is outside the building with a code, but it allows at least flexibility. The apartment is comfortable (especially the bed) and impeccable internet, I just had problems with 2 chairs that broke but this was quickly resolved by Fernando. A lady sent by Fernando can come and clean the apartment for a very correct price and she is very efficient. Overall my experience was very positive and I will be happy to come back, I recommend it.
