A rustic stone and wooden house, recently renovated. Date from 1880. Its 240m2 is distributed in two floors. On the ground floor is the kitchen, spacious and fully equipped with all kinds of appliances such as a dishwasher,microwave, etc. One of the bathrooms, with a large bathtub. The living room, landmark of the house, as its fire pit makes this part of the house a peaceful and cozy place. An ideal txoko for meetings and celebrations, etc., from which you can access a beautiful courtyard, also a private parking lot of the house. The patio is ideal for relaxing and sports. Attached to the patio is a lovely garden with the relevant furniture, green area, flowers and fruit trees. In it is also the playground for the children. On the 1st floor are the four bedrooms, three of them double and one double. They have a balcony with wonderful views. Also on this floor there is a spacious and perfectly equipped bathroom.
