On the ground floor is the kitchen, spacious and fully equipped with all kinds of appliances such as a dishwasher,microwave, etc. One of the bathrooms, with a large bathtub. The living room, landmark of the house, as its fire pit makes this part of the house a peaceful and cozy place. An ideal txoko for meetings and celebrations, etc., from which you can access a beautiful courtyard, also a private parking lot of the house. The patio is ideal for relaxing and sports.
