It is close to two of the loveliest parks in the city and a few steps from the cobble stone pedestrian walkway (always lively) and lined with museums, galleries and shops. The walkway leads straight to the Zocalo. We are directly behind the iconic Santo Domingo church and the Botanical Garden . There are views into the garden and the domes of the church can be seen from our patios and terrace.The open floor plan apartment is modern / colonial in style with ample space for moving around. The combined living and dining area has a private fountain patio . The bedroom, with its large walk-in closet, also overlooks the fountain. The bathroom is done in relaxing blue Talavera tiles . The entrance patio provides the perfect place for a cool drink or a morning coffee al fresco. All utilities are included in the rent.. Amenities : fully equipped kitchen , wireless Internet. Sky flat screen T . V . , linens provided , weekly housekeeping and the cutest little black and white dog to greet you. Downtown Casa Sabina Skyview is in a quiet gated neighborhood, five blocks from the main pedestrian street of Alcalá. The house was fully remodeled in 2021. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and ceiling fans, and two full bathrooms. The view of the city and Soledad Church from the private rooftop terrace is breathtaking, and if you look in the right direction you can see Monte Albán. Our appreciation of Oaxaca shines through every mural and alebrije by local artists. See you soon!

This Bungalow features a king size bed with an open floor plan to the second " day bed" that can be used as a secondary bedroom( twin size). The bungalow opens up into the garden. You will be staying in downtown Oaxaca, in " Los arquitos" the iconic aqueduct that brought water to the city. The street is a small one way street that leads right in to the main streets of the city. you could not ask for a better and more convenient location.
