the place of Miguel is very nice it is well located ,it is a quiet place, the hosts were attentive to our needs,it is a nice place to rest and enjoy the pool with thermal waters,we had a superb time

I truly enjoyed my stay and it was relatively smooth getting to Casa Sita. Terry was responsive to my messages and offered his area knowledge, which was much appreciated. I will be returning and staying at Casa Sita once the opportunity presents itself.

I loved this Airbnb so much. it is literally directly over all the action and I had a blast being in the center of it all. It also is surprisingly quiet in the bedroom despite being on the main street. The AC was excellent and I loved the balcony. if I could 10 stars I would. definitely goes into top 3 favorite Airbnbs I have stayed in.

Anderson is super attentive and always answered any questions...thank you friend. the house we really liked adrmas of having everything basic the plus the view of the terrace to the lake, the tranquility and close to the center and tourist and commercial places of the place....recommended...back would

This slice of paradise is beyond words and you should just make the amazing decision of staying at the sunset lodge! I booked for two days and ended up staying here a week. Nothing was available so he upgraded me to the ROCK apartment. If you get the opportunity to stay in that unit take it! Luxury and nature at your finger tips. I will 100% be returning to this beautiful resort. Thank you Armand

Nice, mostly private location right by the water with ability to swim in cleaner parts of Lake Atitlan as well as kayak and paddle boards availability upon request. While it is a slight walk from the town, it is much nicer to be by the water than the hustle and bustle. The two paths are either the more complicated one involving steep stairs or the one through the Natural Reserve which are dependent on operating hours. Niels, the host, and Victor, the housekeeper are responsive and flexible. We came in via private boat given the access to the house is far and we had suitcases. Definitely more on the expensive end. Would put that into consideration when deciding on this Airbnb. We enjoyed our stay overall.

I loved our stay here; the staff and the overall atmosphere was nothing short of amazing. The town that is in walking distance doesn’t have much but what it does have is very nice, the recommended restaurant was delicious. The recommended boatsmen was also an amazing help and available at all times of the night/day. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Wow - sacred tree was spectacular! The property and facilities are gorgeous and clean and the views are amazing. It’s just far enough from the dock to be peaceful and quiet while still being super accessible. It’s also located a 2 minute walk from free cervesq hostel which serves drinks and snacks to non guests which was super convenient.

The view is even more impressive in person! The apartment itself felt even bigger than what the pictures show. The staff was amazing! Absolutely loved my stay in Panajachel!! 10/10 would stay here again!

This place is a gorgeous gem! It’s like a magic trick walking from the busy street with vendors into an oasis of beauty. The property is a dream, the view is impeccable, the house is spacious and nice. We were just very hot the first night as the house had been closed up all day. There were some small bugs throughout the house…and the biggest concern was safety. There are multiple doors to the house that aren’t easily locked. The property feels safe and secure, just the house itself felt insecure. The family that stays on property is there for anything you need and so very helpful at any given moment you need help! They are kind, courteous, and stay out of your way unless you call on them. They let us use their paddle board and took it down to the beach for us and brought it back up. So kind. I would stay again!

this was really great find on Airbnb in San Pedro la Laguna. the place was quiet, private, free of street noise. obviously village's strict rules of quiet hours helped as well. many thanks to Sam who always responded within minutes ready to answer any questions even those nothing to do with his place. he provided with all useful tips and recommendations. will return!

I agree with all the previous reviews - can’t recommend Griselda and Antonio’s place high enough. San Pedro is loud ! And this is an oasis of calm yet walkable to the town and language school(s) we will defo be back.

Simply spectacle, I would stay there again without a doubt, incredible view, everything worked perfect, very comfortable. Ana Regina was always available. Includes daily cleaning service which is magical to rest without worrying about anything. We had some problem with the key in the sink, but it was probably bad luck.

My stay at Casa de Sirena was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of peace and connection to nature that’s hard to find these days. The house is perfectly situated with a breathtaking view of the lake right from the backyard. Waking up each morning to that serene view and the sounds of nature was truly a gift. What made Casa de Sirena feel even more special was the little touches that brought it all to life. The chickens and the sweet dog on the property gave it a homey, comforting feel. It reminded me so much of my childhood—spending time outdoors, surrounded by animals, fresh air, and simple joys. It was a beautiful blend of nostalgia and tranquility. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat to recharge and reconnect—with nature, with yourself, or with your loved ones—Casa de Sirena is the perfect place. I left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already dreaming about my next visit. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I felt immediately at home in Tzanabaj! Nico and Venus are great hosts and I loved my studio! right by the lake, peaceful, while also close to the city center (10 min tuk tuk), where the restaurants and supermarkets can be found. There is also a beautiful community living in the other houses, so you can have your privacy and socialise with other like-minded people if you want. Totally recommend!
