The place was easily to reach, close to several bus stops. also, clean and has enough equipment for a short trip.

Fabio’s place is perfect for a trip to Bologna, there are lots of little shops and cafes close by and it is a short walk to the Piazza Maggiore, bars and restaurants. It is very near to Porta Saragozza, the first of the gates up to the San Luca monastery. The apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, would definitely recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our break from seeing cities. Bella was very helpful, letting us know what would be open over a holiday, recommending a lovely restaurant and hikes etc.. We had what we needed to cook for ourselves.

The apartment looks very well, cared for and clean, it is equipped with a pleasant living area that if necessary guarantees an additional 2 beds, the rooms that are 2 guarantee 5 comfortable beds, it is also equipped with a beautiful and large terrace overlooking the pedestrian area, which allows you to dine in tranquility but also to spend an evening with friends in complete privacy. All appliances are available, from the microwave to the washing machine, Hosts beyond expectations

We stayed 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and each time the check in process was seamless, and the apartment was spotless . Wonderful location and a quiet place to relax in after a fun day of exploration. Would recommend it without hesitation
