The building sits in Colonia San Rafael, one of the city's most traditional areas which preserves the architecture and atmosphere of yesteryear. The Historical Center and metro and bus stations are within easy reach. You can walk to the Historical Center (30 min to Bellas Artes). The San Cosme Metro station is 7 minutes away on foot. The Monument to the Revolution and the metro station Plaza de la República are 7 minutes away on foot.

Beautiful, new and elegant apartment in a great location

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place, near Reforma and Insurgentes. The apartment has a large windowed room with a comfortable double bed and a full bathroom, a beautiful kitchen with folding doors that transform the room into an elegant space with a quality dining room next to a nice living room with TV. The building is beautiful, with a classic façade and modern common areas. We also have a small but perfect work area.
