Vacation rentals with beach access in San Sebastián de La Gomera

I cannot overstate how lovely my stay was in this apartment, the terrace was beautiful, with an incredible view. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom was spotless, and the apartment is within walking distance of everything you could need in San Sebastián. Roland took care to record an incredible helpful video, which I went back to for any questions I could have, from how to turn the BBQ on, to how to open the shutters. I felt at home and very lucky to have stayed there for the week, and I enjoyed the peace of San Sebastián, with easy hikes and the beach only a few minutes walk away.

Really enjoyable stay! Maisu and Vicente were quite attentive for months that I made the reservation. When I arrived at the residence I met Maisu, who very kindly greeted me. Vicente came after to "check in" and take my data. The apartment is very well equipped and with a very good location for lovers of hiking or trail running. The hosts Maisu and Vicente really made me feel right at home! I asked Vicente if there was any bar or restaurant to watch a football game I was interested in. Without hesitation, he told me that he was watching him himself and invited me to his room to see him with him. A whole experience! All I regret is not staying longer! This will be my lodging option if I come to La Gomera again someday. Totally recommended!

Wonderful apartment, very well equipped. The balconies are magnificent. Ocean view and palm trees, beautiful garden, perfect holiday feeling. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back at any time. Gerlinde was easy to reach and responded quickly.

i felt very comfortable in the apartment! It is very well equipped, especially in the kitchen everything important is available (even coffee machine and kettle) and also broom and dustpan to return the sand, which you of course bring into the apartment😀. fridge and also small icebox is available and I found the bed very comfortable! the location has been perfect for me, 2 min walk to Playa, 10 min to Playa del Ingles. right around the corner is the Spar, a bakery, a laundry and many great places to eat. in the evening there are the drummers or other street musicians right there on the beach. nevertheless, the location is very quiet because the apartment is on the outskirts of the village, right on the mountain. from the roof terrace you have sea view and sunset! The Casa Maria bus stop is only a 5-minute walk. so perfect location, quiet but everything super close! highly recommend!

Great apartment completely open to the sea!.... you have to love the sound of the sirens 😄 Simple but spacious. Very easy check-in and good communication with Maïté. Beautiful hike from Calera to Arure/ Back by bus.🤩

Had a great stay at Thomas's place! The property has a beautiful and quiet location in the valley a little away from San Sebastian. We didn't miss anything in terms of amenities, it is nicely and simply furnished and everything necessary was available. We were looking forward to the fireplace when booking, which was not usable at the moment - maybe next time :) We will be happy to come back for our next visit to La Gomera!

Excellent accommodation with a lot of thought and detail included. Great location near to all amenities. Good hosts. Restaurants get book up so booking essential but good facilities for eating in.

We were lucky to stay in Diane’s house for 4 weeks. There were 6 of us and the place was spacious enough. The location is just perfect, beautiful sunsets every day, very green with the view of the sea and palmtrees. We appreciated the dishwasher and the washing machine, for a long stay with a big family it was very practical. The village of Calera is also the best location, you can walk down to the beach but it is quite and picturesque and on the way to several hiking paths. The house is tastefully decorated, everything we needed was there and was clean and well organized. We would love to return to this wonderful place!

A very attentive host, a simple place to stay, everything as described, everything is fine, in a wonderful little former fishing village with a spectacular terrace so you can be happy to be here. A small simple seafood restaurant is next door for a sunset dinner. We will be happy to come back.

We enjoyed the time at the Palomerahaus. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back. We had all 3 apartments to ourselves and enjoyed the meals together on the large terrace. The communication went smoothly and even when we arrived very late, we were warmly welcomed. The Palomerahaus has a good starting point for walks to the harbor or the beaches, the small supermarket around the corner also has the essentials to take care of yourself.

Very nice little house with beautiful well-kept garden. We had the pleasure of enjoying fresh avocados and lemons. Alojera is a small sweet place. Above all, we liked the local bar la Plaza. The residents and the bartender were always super friendly and the beer is delicious. :) We will be happy to come back!

To vacation with the Ossorio family in the small village of Alojera on La Gomera is something very special. This holiday is highly recommended for people who love rural tourism. Either you like to live "at the end of the world" or/and they love to take great tours in the nature. The house "Galeon Ossorio" is located on the edge of the small village of Alojera. It's surrounded by paradise gardens where oranges, avocados, potatoes, papayas and much more grow... and almost all year round. The small paths in Alojera are surrounded by date palms. The natural environment of the house is magnificent. High rock walls and mountain peaks, a "pirate bay" where you can swim in good weather. Almost always you can eat delicious fish in the bay. In the house, there are tips for other typical restaurants. What to keep in mind: to the house you have to walk about 400 meters up a hill. Some physical condition is necessary.

We received detailed check-in instructions in time and were able to enter the apartment without any problems. The communication was very helpful & friendly. The equipment was very good, including all necessary cooking utensils and even sand toys for the children. The location was excellent, a residential building directly on the harbor. From the living room window you had a beautiful view of the harbor. One bedroom window went into a quiet side street and another into the house. The only small flaw were sometimes smells in the house (and with the window open also in the interior bedroom), for which the landlord can't do anything. Overall a recommended place to stay - thank you so much!

Had a lovely stay at Catherine’s cute studio. She was warm, responsive and made everything easy, while her boyfriend Cyran shared superb hiking tips. The place is spotless, well-laid-out and opens onto a peaceful little garden. The setting is beautiful and quiet, with a tiny grocery and bar-café on the nearby plaza. A car helps, but you can still reach the small, sometimes-rough beach on foot—don’t expect a long sandy stretch like Tenerife, think intimate cove. Perfect hideaway for nature lovers; I’d happily return.

Nice apartment in a beautifully kept complex with a swimming pool in a charming little town. The supermarket is across the street and the beach a 3 minute walk away - the only problem I had with the location is that the glass recycling container is right below the balcony so it is a bit noisy when people are throwing their bottles in. Haribián was really accommodating and a great host.

The place is very nice and there is a lot of tranquility, you get to Ppr Camino de terra but you can access it well,the house is all right and the exceptional treatment the hostess went out to look for us and is lovely,experience to repeat.

If you want to experience the local way of life, peaceful surroundings and an absolutely amazing, friendly host, this is where you want to be! Juan welcomed us with champagne and Canarian snacks and good conversation. Wine and fresh fruit were waiting for us in the apartment which was perfect for the two of us. La Dama is a very small village with one small restaurant and bar with yummy food where the locals hang out. It feels like you’re on the edge of the world, overlooking the ocean, away from it all! Thirty minutes drive takes you to lovely hiking in the Parque de Garonajay! A real special place!

A small oasis of calm away from the tourist hustle and bustle such as Valle Gran Rey. In 5 minutes, you will be on the foaming Atlantic, where bathing is unfortunately too dangerous due to the current and the waves ( most of the time). For this, there is a small children's swimming pool with sea water flushed through, where you can experience feel-good moments. Walking up into the village is steep and exhausting. A car is highly recommended, with the roads for flatlands like me taking a lot of getting used to, steep, narrow and curvy in places, including a risk of rockfall.

It was all perfect! We have enjoyed this location so much. The location was beautiful, the living room was spacious, the view was stunning and the pool was heated and clean. We definitely come back!

A beautifully clean apartment in Valle Gran Rey. It had everything you needed. It was centrally located so easy to walk around and the parking was very safe. Thank you Cecile for letting us stay in your apartment. Thoroughly recommend this place.
