There's a 4K TV and office chairs for remote work. Still, we've arranged the living room for chatting, reading barefoot, and spending time with family and friends :-)

Pato Lucas is at less than 200 mt from San Sebastian or La Cueva Beaches. You always rent the whole boat without sharing it, (just stay, not to sail)

My apartment is good for couples and families. It has optical fiber with 600mbps, perfect for working in a very quiet place. Only 3 minutes from the beach. It has a swimming pool you can use. The pool is open all year round, they only close it when there is some maintenance to be done.
