We had a great time, super helpful host. Great location and view of the special harbor. In the season we were there was not much tourism and so in the evening it was quiet, in summer there could probably be some extra noise being above a restaurant. Spacious house, there were 5 of us and we were comfortable.

Very comfortable accommodation and really within walking distance of the sea! The host was very helpful and responsive, also providing the essentials for a one-year-old (high chair, bed with sheets and even a small bathrobe!). Recommended!

Stefania is very friendly and the apartment is excellent.

Loved the location as it is close to the town center and in a private building. The view from the apartment is great also, seeing the ocean every morning is always a plus. Elio was kind, friendly, and responsive. He never hesitated to accommodate my needs. The pricing is a great deal compared to the surrounding hotels/resorts, and you get a kitchen and washer so huge plus for longer stays.

A week-long vacation with dad and family, convenient location downtown and close to the beach. Nearby places and markets did not require the use of the car, added value of the parking space and the proximity to the apartment of the same. Alessandro is friendly and available for any need. Rosella’s place was as stated in her description. The views from your door and your area are stunning to say the least. It is totally private and quiet. Rossella was so kind, helpful, and available for any questions. We will definitely be back to see Rosella!

We had a wonderful stay at Frederica’s apartment! She responded very quickly to our request for an early check-in, which was incredibly helpful. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful, cozy, and spotless — it was clear that great care had been taken to make it welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised to find breakfast essentials already prepared for us, which made us feel right at home. Frederica even gifted a lovely toy to our daughter — such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture! The apartment had everything we could possibly need for a longer stay — all the important little things that make everyday living easy and comfortable. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again!

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Was a great place to stay and relax after 3 hectic weeks of travelling around the UK and Naples and Sorrento. Close to the beach and supermarket. Lovely quiet area and flat for walking around. Bus stop also close by for Pisa.

The house has a very convenient location for the beach and is equipped with all amenities, including WiFi (convenient as there is not much network coverage in the area). Cinzia was very nice and responsive, even when we had to delay check-in due to an unexpected event.

Giovanna is an excellent host! Everything was exactly as advertised, and meeting her was a treat! The neighborhood is quiet and quaint, plus just a short walk to the sea! A couple of restaurants close by, very walkable to all the Livorno spots. We took the bikes and had a pleasant cruise along the shoreline! Also - we very much made use of the record collection and turntable… such a fun addition to our stay :-)

Tommaso is a lovely and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He has made every effort to make sure that guests are well in his house. He changed us the gas bottles for the hot water and set the heating on request and asked us several times about our well-being. We liked the cottage very much, a great location directly on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is conveniently furnished in the country house style, the kitchen is small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We are happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your suggestion. Cozy and pleasant house, well stocked with everything. When you arrive, good cleaning. Great location, close to the pine forest and beaches. We spent about fifteen very pleasant days. Responsive and helpful host.

We felt comfortable in Laura's apartment right away. It was nice to get to the beach so quickly and with a short walk to the village. The beds were comfortable, the two bathrooms very practical. Communication with Laura was easy and she had time to greet us personally and lead us into your apartment. We would book the apartment again immediately, the location was excellent.

The host Marta has always been super kind and helpful, even before check-in. The accommodation has recently been restored with modern and quality materials. The location is fantastic: the beach (even the free one) is very close and convenient to reach, and the center is a few minutes' walk along the seafront (Via Italia). Great restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Conad right in front. The only two flaws in my opinion (but I want to clarify that they do not depend on Marta, of course!) were: especially on Friday/Saturday evening, the neighborhood is a bit noisy for rowdy kids and roaring scooters, also because unfortunately exactly in front of the accommodation there is a porch that makes voices and noises echo, but luckily Marta has equipped the accommodation with windows that, if closed, allow excellent sound insulation; the building is a bit old, certainly not up to the apartment. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay!

We stayed in the apartment for a week as a family with two children at the end of September and enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment is very centrally located, with a beautiful view of the harbor and the piazza. The piazza is busy, but the windows are new and close well. In addition, one of the bedrooms goes to the back on a quieter alley. The apartment is extremely spacious and stylish and practically furnished. The beds are very comfortable and everything is available, especially the kitchen is very well equipped. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The apartment is really well organized and equipped with everything. Upon arrival we found water, beer and popsicles for us, as well as a tray of freshly baked croissants. Rachele was very helpful and kind at check-in. The place is very close to the sea, which can be reached in a few meters. The free beach is spacious and dogs are welcome, even in August. In front of the house there is a supermarket, ice cream shop, housewares shop, bar, pastry shop, restaurant and spaghetti shop. So you can park your car in the reserved spot and only take it back to leave! We had a good time with our baby and our poodle, and we recommend this house. Only a small flaw is the price, rather high although it was the week of August 15

The stay was very nice. The apartment is in a great location. Small but very modern and nice apartment. Everything you need is available. Great with the harbor at your doorstep.
