Parking and private beach cabins are included. San Vincenzo is a harboured charming village with wonderful sea. Close to vineyards, historical villages such as Bolgheri, Suvereto, Populonia. Ideal base for discovering the treasures of our city and the famous Tuscan art cities. You can enjoy our sea and cuisine based on fresh fish. Coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk and cookies are offered. The quiet and picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from the Center.

Built about a century ago as an annex of the nearby "castle" and for this reason called "Casa al mare" (House by the sea). Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk to the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and make wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with travertine masonry shower and a living room with kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer present on the terrace.
