It’s the perfect base for your holiday: sandy beaches a few minute drive away, shaped by cypress-lined cycling routes, and tiny villages nestled between the sea and the hills. Composed by kitchen, living room with sofa-bed, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 2 large terraces on the sea where to have dinner, relax and enjoy sunsets. Parking and private beach cabins are included. San Vincenzo is a harboured charming village with wonderful sea. Close to vineyards, historical villages such as Bolgheri, Suvereto, Populonia. Minimum stay is 7 days (from Saturday), contact me for exceptions.

My house is located in Livorno, in the characteristic Antignano district, close to the center and a stone's throw from the beautiful coves of the Lungomare, perfect for a dip and sunbathing. Ideal base for discovering the treasures of our city and the famous Tuscan art cities. You can enjoy our sea and cuisine based on fresh fish. Coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk and cookies are offered. The quiet and picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from the Center.

This holiday apartment is front beach located in the beautiful town of Marina di Castagneto Carducci. One can enjoy walks along the seaside promenade where interesting cultural events are often organized. For sea lovers this is the ideal spot also for cruises to the Island of Elba. It is also possible to visit the marvelous medieval villages of Bolgheri at 12km (famous for its Sassicaia wine) and Massa Marittima, as well as the ancient Etruscan necropolis Populonia (at 25 km).

Beautiful 50 sqm sea view apartment completely renovated, located on the first floor of a small building. We are in a privileged location, a few minutes' walk from the beautiful seafront, the Naval Academy and Terrazza Mascagni. We are about 2.6 km from the historic center of Livorno and 3.6 km from the port. It is located in a strategic position: 200 meters from the bus stop, 180 meters from the supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and free parking nearby.

Peggy's House

The house has an internal surface of 100 square meters plus terraces and it is located a few meters from the beach (around 50m). It has an internal private parking for 2 cars accessible through an automatic gate 260cm wide, a non-negligible feature considering the fact that, in the summertime, it is difficult to find a parking spot. The distance from Corso Italia/Via Vittorio Emanuele II (the street of shops, ice cream parlors, bars ...) is about 600 meters away.

The Tower Above the Sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful village of Marciana Marina. The tower was already marked as Torre di Poggio on maps of the 16th century and converted into a customs office for the merchandise of lake in the 18th century. In 2023, the tower was remodeled by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location just above the water makes every stay an experience.

Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk to the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and make wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with travertine masonry shower and a living room with kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer present on the terrace.
