The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.

It is all open plan apart from the bathrooms so please bear in mind not much privacy is offered. The many stunning beaches and quaint seaside town of Cedeira, packed with great restaurants are just a short drive away along with numerous places of natural beauty.

You have a house to relax, play sports and enjoy a quiet stay surrounded by nature, but ten minutes from a beautiful city. Even to work if someone wants... from the house you can walk to the beach along a lake in a 15-minute walk.
