Monthly Rentals in Sanam Chai

There are so many good things about this places - great location, close to BTS and close to express bus stop, there is a 7-11 in the building and even a night market nearby. The common areas in the building was well equiped and well maintained. The host is helpful, responsive and proactive. AC, water pressure and wifi was also great. A few things we wished we knew - the couch is not the one in the pictures. It was in pretty bad shape and extremely uncomfortable. We ended up just sitting on the floor mostly - There is a shooting range nearby that can be a little noisy during the day 10am-5pm. You are still on a high floor so it didn't bother us much Overall, the place is excellent with great location and host. And is great value for what we paid for

Jake's place was a great stay for us. It has some age — especially the floor and walls — but everything was clean and well maintained. My husband and I stayed for a month, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable long-term stay. While the building shows its years, the things that really matter were all updated and worked great — the air conditioner, fan, microwave, induction cooktop, and bathroom were all in great condition. The metro station is just a 5-minute walk away — short, but long enough to break a sweat!

Had a great time. A little out of the way of all the middle of Bangkok which was nice. rented a scooter and the possibilities were endless or just grab if not comfortable. The stay was nice, bed a bit firm but I’m not picky.

It was great and the area is really local with the temples next to the house.
