The location is great and the place was clean. Mitchell was very communicative.

The house was very comfortable and clean. The view was very beautiful! There’s a large beautiful deck with comfortable furniture. The house has a certain ambiance to it, and the history of it must be interesting.

We had a lovely stay - just one night, but we found the place to be quiet, clean, and comfortable. The view out onto the cove is very nice. Check-in instructions were clear, and Jesse was very responsive when we had some questions. We'd absolutely return or recommend.

Brandon's place was dreamy for our two families with young kiddos -- cozy and quiet winter beach vibes, very atmospheric and peaceful and relaxing. We built a fire in the fireplace, watched movies, enjoyed the sunrise and sunset, and walked along the rocky shore. Would recommend, even in the dead of winter.

I've stayed in many Airbnbs, and Bill's is a standout! The house is quaint and peaceful, and the surroundings are just gorgeous. Even better than the photos! Bill was incredibly responsive and thoughtful — a late check-in was a breeze. Fast Wi-Fi let me work from home, even though I definitely didn't want to look at my computer because of the gorgeous location. Thanks for being pet-friendly — our small dog loved the stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay with Melanie! Her home is comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. She was always responsive and helpful from the time we made our reservation through checkout. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin. Tucked away in the woods right on the lake, it was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to relax. The cabin itself was adorable, clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We only spoke to the host (Angela) briefly, but she was so kind and welcoming, and let us know she was available if we needed anything. It truly felt like a hidden gem, and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a pleasant stay at Nick’s place. The unit was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the water & restaurants in walking distance. Check-in was very easy and Nick was always responsive.

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

I love this location. Huge rooms. Comfortable king size bed . Quiet. Great views. You can walk to this little beach around the corner. The kitchen has everything you need. Pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker. I bring my own food and cook. The tv has cable but I didn't see how to get Netflix. Also there are two big bathrooms. They have a pool but I haven't used it since I go in April. Newport is a quick drive over the bridge (there is a $4 toll fee- if you have EZpass no big deal). Plenty fo shops and restaurants in Newport and of course the huge mansions from the 1890's. It's about $50 to go into two of them. Or the Breakers, the most famous one is $35pp. Check out Bellevue Ave, its fabulous. I also like to eat at the Red Parrot. There are plenty of local shops to browse, and the Wharf where you can walk along the water. Parking is free in the winter/early spring. Check the signs cause they do have metered parking. I can usually find something, and there are lots you can pay per hour.

Our second time renting a condo at Rough Riders in Montauk. Contrary to the name, there is nothing rough about this picturesque location with unobstructed views of the ocean, pier and wonderful wildlife everywhere. The condo we rented Sept 30 -Oct 2, 2023 has a well appointed kitchen with new amenities, including a pot filler faucet over the stove! Pristine/clean condo and lovely deck for lounging w/ book and coffee. The couch is very comfortable and the master bedroom has plenty of closet and bureau space for longer stays. The 2nd bedroom has bunkbeds so not ideal for two couples but perfect for small families. The television was a little tricky (if you bring tv-loving kids). Not walkable to downtown but theres at least one restaurant/bar just outside the entry to this gated community. Short drive to shops/restaurants in downtown Montauk. Horse lovers call Deep Hollow Ranch in advance to book truly memorable trail rides. Enjoy!!

We stayed for only 1 night. The description and reviews are accurate. The house was exactly what we needed. The location is great with an easy walk into town. Our son caught 3 fish off the dock. We loved our quick stay and would absolutely stay again.

Katie’s home was beautiful, immaculately kept and exactly as photographed and described. We rented the home for a family reunion and needed all 8 of the bedrooms that were available. Even though we were a very large group with many kids ages 10 and under, we never felt uncomfortable or on top of each other. The two living rooms and outdoor space made it so that we all could spread out but still spend time together. The large dining room table fit our family perfectly! Katie was responsive, thoughtful and so very kind! We are looking forward to our next stay at Katie’s beautiful home!

Carlos is a friendly and responsive host. Our family enjoyed everything about his place and we felt right at home. All 6 of us were very comfortable in this spacious and well appointed home in a nice neighborhood close to everything in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

Thank you Chris for the Airbnb rental we had an amazing time. Everything in the rental was perfect. Amazing views great accommodations, great location, walking distance to restaurants, stores,trolley, boat cruises, ferries the beach is minutes away. The amenities from the sister hotel was awesome as well which was right across the street. Looking forward to coming back🫶🏻

Beautiful view! Very well appointed and decorated, comfy and beautiful cottage. It was a squeeze for four of us but worth it for the three night stay in such a beautiful place by the river/ocean. My teens fished and kayaked, while we parents got to relax in the Adirondack chairs with a beautiful view. Cute little beach, too!

We enjoyed the most perfect Thanksgiving in this beautiful home in Narragansett. The home is newly remodeled and in pristine condition with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for a family. There is even a bonus office/ playroom off the master bedroom. Stephen was a fantastic host and described the home perfectly with the floor plan and bedroom layout. He was extremely helpful with checking in a few hours early and making sure the heat and the lights were on and the house was ready. It’s a beautiful home and we thank you for sharing it with us this Thanksgiving.

I stayed at Kendra’s place for a wedding down the street at the Newport Beach House. This location could not be more perfect and fit all 10 of us nicely. 2 minute walk from the venue, 2 minute walk to the beach and a 8 minute drive to downtown. Kendra was super friendly and we would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you so much for a great stay!

The location and Shana’s house were amazing! It’s even better than the pictures. Shana has created a clean ,beautiful, welcoming and cozy place that makes you feel at home! The house has everything you may need and even more. But most of all is that view of the lake through the huge windows all around the house! Thank you, Shana! Pamela’s house was very clean and the location is great! Literally within walking distance to the beach. Check in and check out was easy. Pamela was responsive during the booking period. Since the house was well stocked and check in was easy, we didn’t need to reach out during the stay. Would recommend Pamela’s house to friends!

Lucy's home is beautiful and situated right by the water. Picturesque scenery. The home is very well maintained and the pictures accurately portray the home. I highly recommend this beautiful home. Lucy was also very proactive in ensuring our stay was fun and pleasant.
