Monthly Rentals in Sand Hollow

Renee was a great a host! Easy check-in with a keypad, the place was very clean, and smelt amazing! Very cute cottage and layout! There are plenty of dishes for 4 people, pots pans, coffee pot, stove oven, full fridge, freezer, TV with Roku and live channels, dishwasher, washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms with 2 showers, plenty of towels, plenty of space to give 4 people thier own area of downtime. There is a doggy amenities area, with food dishes, toys, furry friend towels, etc. a huge fenced backyard for your furry friends! She does an excellent job being extra considerate of your stay and making sure you have all that you need! It is off the beaten path, very quiet and peaceful, it's about 12 to 15 minutes from downtown Caldwell. Great experience, I have already recommended her place to friends!

This was our first time in a Airbnb. We needed a place for 12 nights and fortunately this gem was available. The photos of this place matched what we found upon arrival…..a quaint studio style apartment tucked away in a rural neighborhood. We enjoyed the peace & quiet of the area and appreciated having a stocked kitchen to cook in. While our interactions with Sara & Kirk were few, everything was positive about our stay. We will definitely let our friends know about this hidden jewel!

This was a great place and hope to be able to use it again.
