Welcome to our nice house with lake plot and undisturbed location a mile north of Åkersberga. The living area is 95 square meters and a spacious kitchen and living room with a fireplace and lake view. 2 bedrooms on the lower floor as well as an open sleeping loft with partitions are suitable for both families with children and groups of friends. 2 WC with shower, dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen, wifi as well as TV. Two large lovely terraces as well as gas grill. Large lawn , sauna, rowboat and fishing. 650 m to the nearest bus stop and just over 3 km to the sea

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Lovely nature but still close to town. There are also bicycles to rent for 50 SEK/day About 1 hour with a car from Arlanda . City about 25 minutes. It is not permitted to have a party or friends over. Age limit is 25 years old.
