Alain was an excellent host! Everything was VERY clean and tidy. He was incredibly responsive and had excellent recommendations in the area. The location isn’t far from a lot but close enough to still have a great time in Miami. An excellent location for a quick stay if needed. Highly recommend.

Maria was an exceptionally kind and attentive host; I really couldn't have asked for more. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness. The room is small but includes all the essentials, although it doesn't have a full kitchen for cooking meals. If you're okay with not being able to prepare your own food (which I did miss), this place is perfect for you. It does have a microwave, though. The bed was very comfortable, with fresh, clean linens, and the neighborhood is quiet and residential, meaning there was no outside noise. While it was warm at night, I found it quite comfortable. Getting around with the rental car was easy. It's conveniently located near Aventura Mall, and if you're looking to hit the beach, I recommend Haulover Beach or 79th St Beach (P106 parking lot); South Beach was fine too, but a bit too crowded for my taste. I parked in the P025 parking lot, which was one of the more affordable options in South Beach, along with P021.

We had a great stay at this iconic unit in central Miami. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, tending to all our requests promptly. The room itself was comfortable and well-located, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a very enjoyable experience!
